“I have not used the lamps yet but the shipment came quickly with plenty of tracking updates. My only small complaint was I did not receive an order confirmation or payment receipt. This was quickly resolved with a brief email to USA lamp and quick response with a receipt from their team. I will update my review once I try the lamp. So far a good experience!”

“The lamp I had ordered initially worked but stopped working the first day I received it. I attempted to reach out through their website to initiate an exchange and didn't receive a response. I then contacted the sales team that I received the shipping confirmation through they responded and said they would ship me a replacement lamp. 11 days later still have not received a replacement. Reach out to confirm shipping they confirm it shipped 11 days ago and would see about getting tracking info for shipment. That was 5 days ago I just received a tracking number that shows the shipment was set up this morning shipping out of the UK so it will probably be another week before I have a replacement. Save yourself time and just order the Chinese one off of Amazon at least they won't take a month to get you a replacement.”

“I found my bulb on this site cheaper than anywhere else, plus it was so ridiculously easy to swap out a child could do it! I would %100 recommend this site to family and friends. 5 stars ⭐️ for sure!”

“Bulb fit and worked perfectly. Shipped DHL from UK. I assumed with the name USA and and an address based in Houston it was shipped domestically. However only took 5 days. Would buy from then again.”

“So far they have been pretty good. Nice price comparison to other companies and it came quickly. We will see how long the lamp lasts and if they have good costumer service if it breaks.”

“I contacted them to return a bulb and you can't even talk to anybody I'm trying to get an RMA number and a return label and it's impossible very poor service”
