“Ordered a lamp for an Epson 710hd and it took 2 weeks to ship to me. Came all the way from England than worked for 3 days and now it’s giving me error codes.”

“I ordered 2 lamps 2 weeks ago and was instructed they should take 4-6 days to arrive. I was not told until after i completed the order and reached out 10 days later that the order had to come from the uk. They are now stuck in new jersey with a date to ship still to be determined. The customer service said they cant do anything to determine when they might arrive. No plans to ever use this company ever again”

“Used the replacement lamp (Panasonic projector) once a week for 4 months (Church) and bulb went bad after 4 months. It is a ceiling mount (20 foot ceiling) so huge and costly pain to swap out. Would recommend everyone stay away from the Chinese junk being sold here and go with OEM supplier whenever possible. I learned the hard way so hopefully you won't too.”

“Hard to review since I still have not received lamp to date. The item showed as available on your website but after waiting a week for confirmation of shipping I found out you had not received it from supplier. Apparently supplier has delivered it to you but as of yesterday it still hasn't ship. Very disappointing thus far.”

“It’s been two weeks since I placed my order with Projector Lamps USA. Turns out they’re not in the USA at all. I called to check on my order and I got a voicemail with a female British robot saying that no one was available. Now they’re asking me to review my experience. My experience has been non existent at best and negative at worst. I still don’t have my item. I’m glad I only lost $20 and didn’t spend $500 on an actual bulb.”

“I received a bulb that was dimmer than the bulb I was replacing, which had over 7,000 hours on it. The bulb I received was flickering in brightness. It's obviously arching. I am relatively confident that they sold me a used bulb. One that has thousands of hours on it.”

“Company is selling cheap Chinese knock off’s not genuine parts. Lamp was 2/3 bright as the original genuine Epson.”

“The lamp I had ordered initially worked but stopped working the first day I received it. I attempted to reach out through their website to initiate an exchange and didn't receive a response. I then contacted the sales team that I received the shipping confirmation through they responded and said they would ship me a replacement lamp. 11 days later still have not received a replacement. Reach out to confirm shipping they confirm it shipped 11 days ago and would see about getting tracking info for shipment. That was 5 days ago I just received a tracking number that shows the shipment was set up this morning shipping out of the UK so it will probably be another week before I have a replacement. Save yourself time and just order the Chinese one off of Amazon at least they won't take a month to get you a replacement.”

“The lamp worked great for 3 hours then it was followed by a loud pop and the screen shut off. Very unimpressed with everything about this product.”
