“I don't usually write reviews, BUT...customer support is GREAT for this product. But I did the complete system and didn't get any cycle analysis, ovulation score, fertile window prediction, nothing. When I asked customer service at the end of the cycle, they did give me a few insights (and everything is still a bit wonky for me after getting my IUD removed-- so not suggesting it's their fault I didn't have a clear fertile window..) but if you're hoping this fairly expensive product will give you more insight than the cheap OPKs, you'll probably be disappointed!”

“Marketed toward women with PCOS or anovulatory cycles but it felt like they had no idea how to treat my cycle. I was told to test basically everyday since my hormones are out of wack(hence why I tried this) and I quickly ran out of tests. The insight after didn’t even say anything about my hormones being out of wack. Even though I couldn’t have ovulated based on my results it still told me when it thought I did. Basically the app algorithms are trash. Support was no help.”

“Overall a fantastic product. A little disappointed one of my slides was cracked so I cant do the second test. My results were yellow on the graph which means im on the lower range. Being able to use that 2nd slide would have been helpful. Im sad it was cracked. :(”
