My therapist was Jacqui who I would definitely recommend, as every time I go for my Laser Hair Removal treatments, she is so welcoming and polite, as well as being very knowledgeable and professional when doing my treatments. She always makes me feel at ease too, both before on arrival and throughout my treatments. The Proskin Clinic Epsom treatment rooms are always very clean too. And in regards to my Laser hair removal treatments, I would definitely recommend anyone who is wanting to have some done, to definitely go to a Proskin Clinic in your area to get them done, as I am very happy with the results of mine, plus it being very affordable at just £49 per session. I now hardly (if at all) have to shave the area that I had done now, and is an area I do not have to worry about anymore, although I do have to have maintenance sessions once every few months, but is not a problem.”

“I go to Proskin in Liverpool Street regularly for laser hair removal treatment. I find them consistently friendly and approachable. They are always on time- I always go straight in- even on the rare occassions I am early! I never have any problems getting a convienient appoitment, and they are flexible if I need to change bookings- the phone customer service is always excellent. The premeses are easy to find and always clean and comfortable. The therapists are approachable and lovely. I have found the treatment extremely fast and efficient- results have exceeded my expectations.Highly recommended, and a fantastic price also.”

“The clinic itself was ok, but the customer service of the this company is an absolute joke and highly un-professional. Having just suffered a serious back injury, I asked if I could use the money I had already paid up front on another treatment. As I could no longer have treatment anywhere near the site of injury.
The staff on the phone were EXTREMELY rude, completely unhelpful and clearly lying about consulting with their manager about the situation. Having been put on hold three times, whilst they were apparently speaking to their manager about my situation, when I asked to speak with him directly, conveniently and absolutely ridiculously suddenly he wasn't there and had gone to a meeting that moment!! Complete bunch of jokers, there were clearly making it up as they went along.
I have used previous clinics in the past on Harley street, who have been extremely helpful and professional and have gone out of their way to meet my needs, when I decided against one treatment, they let me use the money I had paid towards any other treatment they advertised and provided at their clinic.
This company needs to give their staff training. The customer service is appalling and rude. Probably not a good idea to put what sounds like stroppy young teenagers, to be the front of your company.”
