“Very disappointed with the service, they charged £25 for a consultation for the picosure laser tattoo removal. I got lost on the way and the kept my £25 and wouldn't give me another consultation until I paid another £25... Lady on the phone was patronising. Went down the road to another clinic and they do free consultations for the picosure. Wouldn't not recommend proskin due to the bad customer service and unwillingness to help.”

“Picosure Acne Scarring Laser Treatment - disappointing results
After my consultation I decided to book 4 Picosure Acne Scarring Laser Treatment sessions, under the impression that this was going to clear my acne scars.
My treatment was; what was recommended for me;
1) three passes of laser, 10 minutes of blue anti bacterial LED light therapy and 10 minutes of red moisturising LED light therapy
2) four passes of laser followed by the lights
3) five passes of laser treatment followed by the lights
4) five passes of laser followed by 20 minutes of the red LED lights, my last treatment being just over a week ago.
I have only noticed a VERY SLIGHT improvement, that my scars are SLIGHTLY lighter but they are all still there, and all visible.
On my last treatment I queried the results and was told the longer the scars were there the harder they were to remove, which I can understand, however one of my scars was from July this year, again, only a very SLIGHT improvement on it.
The treatment cost me £699.00, and products cost me £197.00.
I don't recommend this treatment, for me it has been a waste of time and money and the results extremely disappointing.
