“I have just called to book in an appointment for IPL (Marble Arch branch) and it's taken 25 minutes. The girl on the other side of the phone sounded like she was half asleep and did not know what she was doing! How hard is it to book a single appointment?! That's almost half my lunch hour gone now. The website used to allow users to book their own appointments, but that feature has been removed for some odd reason. I think they need to reinstate the online booking feature so as to remove the frustrating process of trying to book your appointment with an untraining receptionist.”

Both Laser Operators I have had in Guildford (Ellie and Louise) had a lovely manner which made getting very personal areas done an easy experience. Did it hurt? A bit although a couple of paracetamol takes the edge off, also Dr.Numb cream dampens the snapping effect (although you know the laser is finding its target so that is quite satisfying really). You will need to go back every 5 to 6 months to be re-zapped but the amount of regrowth is loads less so definitely money well spent :-)”

“My clinic visits are very pleasant experiences. Appointments are punctual, staff are very friendly and helpful, the clinic is nice and clean and I feel at ease. I always have the same lady and she is most accommodating with appointment dates and times and goes out of her way to fit me in to suit my working hours.
Pricing is competitive and the location of the clinic makes it an easy place to visit.
