Prospera has helped me in motherhood tremendously. As someone who has never struggled with mental health issues, this was all so new to me. Thanks to my coach, I have been equipped with tools to not only help me in motherhood, but in everyday life! 5 months postpartum and finally feeling more like myself and enjoying motherhood thanks to Prospera and my coach.

I am so glad I found Prospera. This is exactly the thing I needed to find some peace and support during postpartum, motherhood, and life generally. The coaches are wonderful and caring. Highly, highly recommend this.

My experience with Prospera has been amazing. To be honest, I went into this journey only because my husband asked me too. A month later, I’m already seeing results and have implemented tactics in my day to day. I am due in a week and already feel better about entering my second post partum experience. I also really enjoy my therapist, Melissa.

Prospera is exactly what I needed postpartum. Their staff are so kind and the entire program is truly tailored for new moms. Their website is organized and convenient. They have also been so helpful with adjusting my plan to make it affordable for me. I’m so grateful to have found this resource!!

Amazing! They listen and find great ways best to suit or work for you in times of self doubt, stress and anxious thoughts and feelings. They are willing to help you and work around schedules. The “homework” is what I find very helpful in terms of working on myself and how I am feeling in certain citations. Tools are very useful and expressing my feelings during my sessions I find make a world of difference. As I am steadily working towards my goals, my PPA is currently a work in progress.

I'm only 3-4 weeks in my expereince with Prospera and the tools I've learned have already helped reshift the way I think though and handle situations, helping me feel more confident as a mother and person. What started as something I never thought I could make the time for, I now thoroughly look forward to the conversations I have with my coach every week and the peace those conversations bring me.

Has been great to talk with a caring professional to and to check in without too much time commitment as a new mom. Has really helped my anxiety and to understand more about how I am feeling and how to be the best mom I can be for my partner, our wonderful child and myself.

Very happy with the support I’ve received so far. I was waking up everyday with anxiety and dread and now 5 weeks later I feel like myself again. I still have hard times but learning skills to help me cope. Highly recommend

I’ve seen a few therapists but none of them have been experienced in CBT and brain training like my Prospera coach. It is definitely making a difference in my life, and I’m so thankful!

Prospera has been crucial in my recovery process and birth experience with going to the Nicu with my firstborn daughter. I’ve had space to heal and learned to cope with tools & techniques I wouldn’t have had without this empowering service!

Unsurprisingly, the transition into being a mom has been the biggest change of my life so far. I worked with an incredible Prospera coach from 30 weeks pregnant through to 4 months postpartum, and she was my touchstone. She helped me chart out a roadmap with goals and ambitions, and then walked with me along the way as I had questions, stumbles, wins and surprises. Our weekly sessions were a retreat where I could offload, a place I gained new tools and a consistent reminder to keep investing in myself. As a platform, Prospera was also incredibly understanding and flexible as changes came up in my schedule or subscription needs. I really encourage anyone to check it out if they’re at all curious. Thanks again Prospera and team.

I am a psychiatry resident with training in traditional psychotherapy; Prospera has been life-changing for me. I prefer to work with a coach who is experienced with perinatal clients over a trained therapist who does not understand the perinatal experience; the firsthand knowledge of what it means to be a mom makes a world of difference. My coach is experienced and kind, and she is helping me to advocate for myself during my second pregnancy in a way which I was not able to do with my first, and which I don't think would have been achievable for me with traditional therapy. Really grateful to have found Prospera.

I've had such a good experience so far with Prospera. Not only was it easy to set up timely sessions, but I couldn't have been matched with a better coach. The sessions provide me with more clarity and language to address my mental health challenges peripartum, and prepare for postpartum recovery. I am starting to put the tools I've learned in Prospera into practice and I am once again feeling productive, energized, and excited for the future.

I am very pleased with the therapy and help that I have received! My sister suggested this to me, and I had never heard of it before, and when she told me about it she wished that it was there for her when she was postpartum and she wants to use it in the future. At first there was a phone interview, and I was asked what I wanted to get out of Pospera and the nice lady was able to give me a few of the best therapists that would best help me in the areas that I talked about based on the answers to the questions. My therapist is amazing! Her name is Tamra Wiser, and she has been a great listener and helping hand through my postpartum journey. We have made goals each week with just a few assignments to work on that have helped me feel accomplished and valued as a mom and woman. I had a rough start after my birth recovery, and I am so glad that I chose Prospera to help me through it. I feel valued as my feelings are important, I am not alone, and that things will get better! I have felt a lot of relief through the thoughtful exercises I have been given that help me to process my emotions. I love how behavior oriented my journey has been, and I am able to pinpoint what emotions are prominent and how to improve them through simple acts every day. I also have been able to work through my birth trauma, and I have an safe place to do so. I definitely suggest Prospera to any women who are needing help! I wish that I would have gotten help sooner while I was pregnant because that’s when my anxiety and depression started. I am so glad that I started though and I am on an amazing journey to better myself!

I’ve been loving working with Shannon! It’s honestly just been so nice to chat with someone weeks who “gets it” and has the tools/resources geared towards moms specifically. It’s truly exactly what I’ve been looking for. I love the whole framework, goal setting and hw. Shannon is also an amazing listener so I look forward to chatting with her and she totally understands if I just need to vent, ramble, take a pause, etc. Super grateful to have found Prospera and Shannon :)

I have loved prospera since my first day. All of my feelings are always validated. My coach always helps me work through my thoughts after she explains that it's all normal and okay. No other kind of therapy has helped. As a new mom I definitely recommend trying out prospera.

Great experience. I truly feel like my coach and I are a team. If you're struggling on your own, at least give this a try!

The coaching experience through Prospera has been really helpful, especially for this period of postpartum. Talking about hard feelings, giving them air and space, realizing it’s normal and ok, and practicing how to think about my thoughts (and myself) differently, have all been very helpful for me to process this time period. Highly recommend for anyone needing help during this time, which I would imagine is a lot more Mother’s than we think.

I like that it's centered around activities/assignments. Traditional talk therapy has not historically been successful for me. With Prospera, I continue referring back to the assignments and that's been helpful in addition to talking through them with my coach.
