Eric from the Southlake Texas site was a very seasoned knowledgeable individual when it came to giving us good counsel regarding our move and our need for storage. He put us in the correct size unit, made sure the unit was clean prior to move in and offered many great tips on moving and storing even to the point of how to tape our boxes for best result. I won't store anywhere else. Eric you sure made it easy and stress free. thank you dave

I am at the 732 s cedar ridge location. I can never get in contact with anyone on site whenever I need something or have a problem. But when ever I ame at my unit they will pass by on their golf cart. I came two days in a row and no one in office I call and no one answered phone. Left 3 messages and no response. I waited at my unit for 30 minutes and drove back to office and waited 15-20 more minutes. Called customer service and they didn't have any luck also. September will be my last month

The manager, Genice at the 367 Southern Blvd location in the Bronx, has been very nasty to me on multiple ocassions and verbally abusive to my elderly parents. When I have expressed concern over this, I have had my lease threatened. I was given a flatbed with a faulty wheel one afternoon and went to the office to ask for a new one. I expressed that my mom is crippled and it could cause her to fall. Genice refused to give me another cart. I realize that flatbeds are a courtesy, but any equipment provided should be safe and there were plenty of other flatbeds out there. I have video of the conversation and the rude refusal I received. I finally called the district manager, Sam, and left a message, because they will not offer us any of the senior accomodations there and are very disrespectful. Sam called me back and did not address the issues, including zero climate control, even though we are paying for it, which causes us to have to haul our stuff into our unit at a stuffy, fuming temperature in 95 degree weather; Instead of addressing the issue, Sam told us to VACATE ALL our units at EVERY Public Storage location by August 31, 2022. Yes all..those that belong to my husband who has been in FL for years, my mother's, my entire family, anyone with me as a contact. Have you ever heard of a manager casually ending the tenancies of 8 units at once, punishing an entire family and costing his company a combined $2400 revenue a month? No company should allow such an abuse of power. Each of us will be suing. We rent medium to large units. Sam even visited one of my units in June, and had no complaints. This is direct retaliation for my complaint, ageism, negligence and breach of contract. I have never heard of a location not having a problem with your tenancy for years then suddenly ending all your contracts, because you finally found a voice to say something about the wrongs going on there. This is extortion. In addition to the gross display of negligence towards its elderly and handicapped clients : 1. Public Storage is terminating our month to month tenancies without 30 days notice, and 2. Terminating my tenancy without prior warning and without reason or proof is a violation of my civil rights and automatically indicative of retaliation, based upon the timing of my complaint on August 4th (I was told we would have to vacate by August 31st on August 8th.   3. During our phonecall Sam refused to state specifically what events ocurred to cause my tenancy to be discontinued. 4. Sam also refused to notify me which units he wanted me to vacate. This is ridiculous. I am open to contact by an attorney or others who have had extremely negative experiences with Public.

I been at the storage unit 5 years when it was Fort locks never had an issue since then it went to public storage they have raised the price every 6 months I was paying 80.00 now it is 188.00 are you kidding it is not like they are doing anything Noone is never in the office. Don't be late the late fee is now 33.00. I found a storage area down the street and the fee for the same size storage is 90.00. Don't store your items here.

Absolutely horrible! Long story short: I called before deadline to cancel because we couldn’t get to the unit with boats and trailers in the way that they refused to move. No one called me back. I call “customer care” 3 times their manager never called back. I paid $219.47 and didn’t even get the lock for which they charged me. No one will call me back. This is the Public Storage in Naples, FL on Radio Road. Run away!

I bought over $200 worth of packing materials from this horrible company. The purchase was June 19, 2022. Today is July 19, 2022 and l need to return a huge box called House Box because I never used it. This item is $120!!! I cannot return or exchange it and I happen to need other shaped boxes they offer. I even called headquarters but nobody wanted to work with me. All they would tell me is that returns were accepted only within 30 days. Just like that! Not even exchanges! So now I’m stuck with this huge box that doesn’t even fit in the container I rented and I need other boxes instead! I am never going to use Public Storage again! NEVER!

If I had the space to tell about how horrible this company is I would. Just take my word on it, you have been warned, STAY AWAY from them! Late fees for no reason, raise the prices, shameful how they do business. STAY AWAY! You have been warned! I would put neg 5 stars if they had it.

A great thanks to Bill at Public Storage at 7106 Bandera Rd, San Antonio, TX 78238. I have been a customer of Public Storage since 2010, and I have had only one late payment. Current affairs are tough: inflation (gas, electric bills, water). But, Bill was able to help us avoid a late penalty fee - we were a few days behind. He is also trying to help us get a reduced monthly rate because we've been good customers and have a long history with Public Storage. We are thankful for his wonderful service and kindness. Keep up the great work!

Sunday I had to do a complex transaction at Public Storage, Colonial Blvd, Ft Myers - the gentleman was kind, professional and very competent. I asked him for a favor in a reprint of an receipt, and he acommodated me. He should be promoted!

Just stay away from this company. public storage is by far the worst company that I dealt with. bad customer service. expensive. I would recommend to stay away from them and avoid a regret later.

Normally when I go into places like this I don't have a great experience but the other day when I went into public storage I had a wonderful experience dealing with Tanisha Blair she was helpful had a smile and took her time to explain things to me right and I appreciate that

Alyssa @ the Greenbelt Location in Louisville, KY. is a true pleasure to work with in getting help with a reservation, accessing my entrance gate code, and answering any of my questions about my monthly billing. She has one of the sweetest personalities I have come across for doing business, and was very helpful to me. She has a great attitude and doesn`t seem to mind going out of her way to help me. I would definitely recommend Alyssa to others needing help in the future for their storage unit needs@ a Public Storage location in Louisville. Karen at Store #25805 is one of the most pleasant individuals that I have met in a while. When I started my reservation online, she called me right away to see if there were any questions I needed answered and just thanked me for considering Public Storage. She walked me through how to complete my online reservation and informed me about the Public Storage app (that makes gate access much easier). When I and my husband called the store location (2 separate occasions) for additional questions, we didn't get a answer so we left a message both times. Karen responded to our voice messages with a call with in 10-15 mins on both occasions. Karen's pleasant attitude, patience and kindness is enough for me to recommend Public Storage at 3232 Colonial Blvd Fort Myers, FL 33966 to others as customer service is very important to me.
