“Charles and Ally at the Public Storage 801 - Matthews Township Office listened to my concerns today and helped to resolve my questions quickly. I am actually renting 2 units through them and have been very pleased with their professional and courteous help as I chose the units (size and location) to best meet our needs. I continue to find them very helpful and plan to stay with Public Storage because of them.”

“Public Storage does not change due date or payment arrangement. Is very hard to actually speak to a real person. I just finally got to talk with someone and they say that they can't change it. Public Storage want ther3 money on time but is not willing to work with their customers. I'm contacting bbb about this place. They are dirty!”

“Yet again, after just 4 months of renting, Public Storage notified me that they are increasing my Miami rent by nearly 40%. This happened before in West Palm Beach, and enough is enough. You offer 1st month free, make me pay for movers just to trick me into paying a lot more shortly after. This is daytime theft, bait and switch scam. I have already filed a complaint with BBB and will continue if I have to, informing the press about your business practises. I m done with you, never again!”

“Horrible experience!! Rent MORE THAN DOUBLED in 10 months. This place is a complete scam. Rent went from $130/month to $269/month. It is unbelievable that they can do this as I rented the space for my elderly parents when moving out of their home into a care facility, and now they choose to take advantage of them while on a fixed income. Completely reprehensible; what a heartless and corrupt organization!”

“STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!! They are dishonest and not customer service focused at all. We have been renting 2 storage units here for 2 years. After quite a few increases we are now paying over $350 for each unit even though they are advertising the same size units for $147. We have asked repeatedly for the price to be lowered to market price but they refuse. They say the market/lower price is for new customers only. I suppose that's so they can randomly jack up the price once they have your business. It seems some customers receive a good price while the others do not. That sounds alot like discrimination. Public Storage start taking care of ALL your customers not just the handful you've decided meet your guidelines of who should receive fair pricing. Most companies reward long time customers while Public Storage penalizes them for staying.”

“PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THIS PLACE. Our rent has gone up over 100% in two years. The rent quoted online is 200/month for a 10x15, however we were notified that ours is increasing to 300/month at the beginning of the month. I requested that they reduce it to what they have published, they said no. They said they could not do anything at the office. This place is a classless rip-off and should never be used. My homeowner's insurance covers insurance, but they said they don't care - they want another 15/month for that or don't take the unit. I have never felt so taken advantage of - it makes my blood boil. The good news is that there are hundreds of these places in my area and I am not giving them any more money. I hope you don't either - you can do better. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and avoid stress. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY. COSTS IN THIS AREA HAVE NOT GONE UP.”

“Buyer beware. After just 4 months your bill will be $50 more. The only people leaving 5 stars are doing it because they just received their storage. Their price increases will be $75 - $100 more within a year. Check every review site especially BBB. They're ripping people off.”

“New customer beware. They will not refund all your money. They keep a $29 administration fee? They had my money 15 minutes. They are cut throat’s. They won’t connect you to corporate. They Tell you “ oh my” you can’t talk to Corporate in their ivory tower!! People you deal with are so scared for their job they refuse to refund their “ precious “ admin fee. Go find a local mom and pop storage unit. Guaranteed you will be treated better.”

“Carrie at 4240 Signal Butte Road in Mesa is amazing to work with. She is always so helpful and polite. The facility is always clean, prices are good and it is a great location. Easy to access and she is super helpful if you have any questions or issues.”

“Cecelia at the 1305 Rosewood Drive n Columbia, SC is the most helpful professional I have encountered at a storage facility. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and just a delight to do business with. Cecelia offered the best customer service, and we will continue to deal her and encourage others to ask for her when calling.”

“I busted the kiosk in zip code 60461 and there were some difficulties with payment processing. I spoke to the live kiosk agent , Tina. She was fabulous. Pleasant, professional, kind and helpful. I was so impressed….agent Tina in the office there is also a gem. This location is the best”

“Alan at Public Storage locations in NE Portland is awesome. Recently we terminated our rental after 10 years. When cleaning out all items we managed to overlook a treasured gift I receieved from my parents several years ago. Within a few hours after leaving, Alan called and asked if we might have missed something. He put it aside and held in his office until we could pick it up. Thanks so much”

“I started paying about 60 Dollars for a 5 by 5 space, I never failed in my payments, now they raised my rate. I am paying 140, it is a lot for me to pay for a 5 by 5 space, I called them on the phone and tried to get them to help me to reduce the price, but no one wanted to help me, in the end I paid everything, I have been paying for two months now, and I don't know what to do, I feel bad, the only thing I can do is be honest and complain about what is happening to me through this medium, I hope Read my message and help me. Thank you.”
