Guy there said he didn’t have tine tone to do it. When I asked the meat manager about it he said that’s not my department. Service at Wynn Dixie a lot better.”

“I went to Publix because a ordered my sandwich online at approximately 1:07 it said it would be ready by 1:45 when I got to the store I was about 10 mins early so I patiently waited for my sandwich to be made because I figured you all were backed up with orders so no problem about 1:50 I asked the lady about my sandwich she said they were still in the back making it ,as time began goin by and I’m almost runnng late for work and everyone else is getting serviced but me and asked do they need help but me , but then as a whole 25 mins began to go by I began to get aggitated as employees began walking off going to break and still I receive no sandwich, then long story short I left without my sandwich, and I never even received a order saying it was done or anything, I believe that was very unprofessional and rude and I will never step foot back in that Publix again”
“In regards to the Publix in Belair Plaza in Daytona beach at 2595 N. Atlantic. I left my lights on while I was inside shopping, and when I came out my car was dead. Luckily I had a jump box. Unluckily it was also dead. I noticed that right next to the exit for you. There was a power outlet right next to the seats that were given there for the public. Happy that I had a solution. I went ahead and plugged the device in and then went back to my car to see if I can find a jump. I returned about 20 minutes later and I found that my device had been taken. I looked behind the customer service desk and found out that Publix was the one who stole the device. The manager was standing right there at the service counter when I asked for it back. He told me that I can’t plug things in in the store . Apparently this is how public treats people who just need a little help. Publix ain’t what it used to be, not even close. Such a shame too, because I’ve always sung Publix praises but while this isn’t enough to make me never go there again, it certainly a step in the wrong direction.”
“I was very disappointed in the Pharmacy, I called to have a prescription refilled and the store at Shoppes of Navarre did not have it in stock, I asked the pharmacy tech to check the other sister stores to see if they had the medication in stock and she refused. I called the Wynnhaven location, which is about 3 miles from this store and they had the medication in stock and refilled my prescription. The customer service at this store has declined tremendously in the last few years. So dissatisfied.”
