“The only complaint that I have is that the sour bread is getting thinner. It’s getting kind of hard to put a slice of cheese and deli meat without it sticking out of the bread.
This is happening at the Eustis store in Florida.

“Publix tries to come off as “primer service “. However they have little organization in the front end at some of the stores. I worked and was hired as a cashier 8 months ago. All of a sudden there we’re bagging and lifting 32 bottles/water and pack customers cars. Driving electric carts back. AFTER 8 months of cashing. Got doctors note about heavy lifting and various duties persisted. Very disappointed with front end customer service and management NOT HANDLING THIS ISSUE PROPERLY. I am a good employee, always on time. Never customer complaints”
“I went to the Publix today on laurel springs parkway Suwanee. The cashier name is Caitlynn was super mean. Not friendly at all. Had a bad experience today which never happens before. I did complain about this to the manager. Hope he will address this issue.”
“Our Publix is undergoing a remodel and will be out of commission for about a year. We traveled to a Publix in another area and received such great customer service. They welcomed us to the store and provided the same great customer service Publix is known for. Thank you!”
