“Service from DPD was very good, however the box that the goods arrived in was damaged and there are 6 x broken handles on the Jan Pashley Seaside Trays and 1 x dented tin that is out of shape and unusable.”

“When I placed the order the advertisement showed 6 different scarecrow but I only received 2 different kinds. The reason order was placed was for my terminally ill mother who wants scarecrow for her funeral. Delivery was made when they promised.”

Dear Jacqui I am very sorry about this. These scarecrows were always available in the 6 designs shown. However, on our most recent delivery the supplier sent just two designs, we were not aware of this until yesterday. We have now updated the picture to reflect this change. I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused and will be in contact via email to find a way to resolve the issue. Kind regards Matthew

“I am always very satisfied with Puckator. Our customers love the products, and there's always something new coming along. I would say that the last couple of times at checkout It couldn't make a 'secure connection' to sage pay to pay by debit card so I've had to ring them. But I'm unsure who's problem it is...could well be our computer!!! The staff on the phone were extremely helpful and very pleasant in sorting it. If anything lets them down it's their carrier...I personally have had several problems with them....including having to drive to Exeter depot to make sure I had my stock for a forthcoming event because DPD didn't turn up when they said they were going to! This aside, I on the whole, am a very satisfied customer!”

“I have already been in contact with Lou from customer relations who has been helpful in listening to my complaint. The boxes are poor/ripped and the contents just look they have been slung into the box. many of the sand cat bags were open so they were all loose. This is the 4th time of having to report a problem with my last 4 orders. We have stopped buying breakables because we always have to report items broken. You definitely need to review your boxes and how they are packed. The goods are good - until they get packed leaving the customer - who has paid a great deal of money - to unravel the mess and make the stock look good.”

Hi Simon, Thank you for your feedback and for sending me over the images last week. It was very helpful to see the parcels and how they arrived so I could then pass this information onto our warehouse and the packers involved. We are always looking at ways to improve our dispatch process and showing them the images helps to reinforce the importance of packing everything with care, not just the obviously fragile ones. “Once making my order there was regular updates as to were my order was via email and checking my account. Delivery was easy to track too and was on time within the hour slot. which I got plenty off notice via text message and email. Packages were well packed and secure. Overall very happy.”
