Same as everyone else. This cannot be the same chocolate Peter tasted. It literally tastes of nothing and a bit of sweetner. Waited 8 weeks for this rubbish. Almost feel like I've been scammed. Spent over £20 on this. My children are very very disappointed. So is my wallet.

By way of explanation - after Dragons Den, we were overwhelmed with orders and we had to scale up again with new equipment to meet the demand. We had around 7 months' worth of orders in around 2 weeks and were simply overwhelmed with thousands of customer orders and emails, and we are only a team of 4. By way of explanation - unfortunately, one brand new piece of very expensive equipment developed a fault and managed to damage some of the ingredients thus affecting the chocolate. The bars tasted fine when leaving the production line but degraded very quickly and so we only found out after the products had been shipped and tried by customers. This unfortunately affected around 850 customers. We will send you a couple of new bars for you to try (just to make sure you are happy with them and then will replace your whole order). WHAT A HUGE DISSAPPOINTMENT! THE WORST CHOCOLATE I HAVE EVER HAD. WAITED 3 MONTHS FOR THIS HORRIFIC CHOCOLATE. SPENT OVER £20. GUYS SAVE YOUR MONEY. IT'S NOT THE SAME AS WHAT THE DRAGONS WERE GIVEN.

Waited ages for it to arrive. Ordered all the flavours (expensive). Sooooooo disappointed with ALL the bars. Surely this cannot be the same chocolate that the Dragons raved over and invested in. Sounds good on paper but tastes absolutely disgusting. Would like a refund.

DISGUSTING!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HORRIBLE CHOCOLATE!!!! I ordered 7 bars and took 3 months to arrive. This is not the same chocolate that the Dragons tasted, a couple of weeks after I placed my order, I received an email to say they had changed the recipe and the chocolate is now better than when the Dragon's tasted it, what they really mean is they have changed the recipe for much cheaper, poor quality, ingredients!!!! I have tried all 7 bars of chocolate and i agree with all the other reviews, very bland, no taste at all, horrible soapy texture, don't know why they have the flavours printed on the front of each bar, all the chocolate tasted of NOTHING, so after trying one piece of each bar, all the rest will be going into the bin, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

Absolutely loved the chocolate! For me it tastes like a proper chocolate should. Without palm oil and ridiculous amount of sugar it's absolutely normal it won't melt in your mouth as easy as some of the other over sweetened rubbish like Cadbury. I ate whole bar and didn't have a overwhelming heavy feeling in my stomach and didn't even get a sugar rush which is a good thing. For me personally it's a dream come true and I placed another order.

Have to agree with the other reviews, really nasty aftertaste and I can’t believe it’s the same recipe that was tasted on Dragons Den. Waited ages and won’t be reordering, would avoid, there is better vegan chocolate in the supermarkets. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately we waited a long time for this chocolate to arrive and it doesn’t live up to expectations at all. It’s very bland and leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. Has the recipe changed as I struggle to understand what the dragons thought was so special? This chocolate was expensive and I am very disappointed with it. We bought 7 bars to try the individual flavours but I won’t be re-ordering.

Not worth the wait, extremely bland but then leaves a weird aftertaste. Cannot be the same stuff the dragons tasted. Massively disappointed. Everyone in the office has tried it and most laughed that I'd waited so long for such a poor product.

Not Impressed by all the Dragons hype. Ordered over 8 weeks ago, but the payment was processed immediately. I ordered 2 orders, one for my vegan fried and one for me. I ordered each flavour. I am told they have been dispatched but have not arrived as yet. Missed 2 vegan birthdays, wanted to give it as presents, as delivered did not arrive. Good job, I did not pleasant. No customer service at all. Over priced. My other friend Karen, had ordered some same day as I did , hers arrived last week. So we tried it yesterday. Truly awful. We were both disappointed. And the chocolate does not even taste like chocolate, tastes of plastic with a bit of sweetness. Does not melt in the mouth and leaves a horrible after taste. Pure Not Heavenly!! Nothing special. Vegans go without this product, it’s not worth the price or the hassle. Most of all disappointed by the Dragons, just goes to show, fame, fortune and business experience, sometimes counts for nothing. Peter Git this one wrong. Personally I would lime a full refund. So how about it Pure Heavenly and Peter? We are not at all impressed.

Took nearly 8 weeks to arrive. Was something I was really looking forward to receiving but turned out to taste like cheap choc ice chocolate but with a weird after taste. Can’t believe it’s the same as what the dragons tried

Shared with several of family... not one person liked it... it tastes like really bad cheap chocolate... not nice. I had to spit the mint one out - it was so awful! threw it all away.....

As a customer pre Dragons Den, I have to say that customer service and packaging is poor at the moment and it is a shame as they were a good company. Waited weeks for the chocolate. Giving the excuse that they didn't expect the amount of orders and response after the airing of their products on TV, is pretty lame. Always be prepared from a show like that! I marked the company only two stars due to the time I waited for my chocolate to arrive and especially the packaging it came in, due to the fact that the bars were broken. One of the advent calandar windows was open and squashed in places and the box itself wasn't properly sealed, in which case the bars could have easily escaped from the packaging. Having said all of this the chocolate still tastes quite nice. You need improve your standards Pure Heavenly Chocolate!

Waited 7weeks for the bars and advent calendar. Eventually arrived today. Poorly packaged. Calendar is damaged and some chocolates have escaped. Choc bars taste very bland and leave a greasy funny taste in your mouth. Avoid.

Had an email 2 weeks ago to say the order was despatched but it has never arrived. No response from Heavenly Chocolate when I asked what had gone wrong/where was my order. Disgraceful customer service after the long wait for the order which was placed 2 months ago, I think Peter made a big mistake backing this shambles.

Ordered one of each flavour in September after watching Dragons Den, still haven’t received them despite repeated Apologies and promises that they are on the way. Wondering if I will even get them by Christmas. The company are still taking orders, absolutely disgraceful.

Again, as others have stated, ordered multiple different bars following it's appearance on Dragons Den. Waited 8 weeks and it definitely was not worth the wait. Fruit and nut has in the main, bitter tasting nuts with very little fruit. It was powdery, and had an unpleasant bitter aftertaste. I was made aware that the process of making the chocolate had changed and the company was not happy with the earlier batches so didn't want to send out to clients... Hence the long delay. I believed that I was awaiting a much improved quality product. When it finally arrived I was very disappointed. No more orders from me I'm afraid!

With excuse after excuse about we are sorry for the delay well don’t take orders if your not ready. I received 3 bars Fruit and nut terrible no taste at all Orange was bearable just Mint was fine had a strong taste of mint but a bit gritty Would I by again thanks but no that’s and very high fat content Was worth a go but wouldn’t repeat

To start with did not mind waiting 8wks. Was it worth the wait no not one bit. Every bar has diffrent texture. The orange is well not nice. My favourite flavour of chocolate is orange . And if had some cheap rubbish in my time but this stuff takes the biscuit. This company will fall flat in it face if they dont up there game . Inconsistent. In so many way will never buy again . Sorry heavenly.

We saw this on Dragons Den Ordered 28th September didn’t receive until 22nd November Ordered orange / fruit & Nut / salted caramel Tasted bland Can’t taste chocolate Made us both have upset stomachs Stay with Cadbury’s

I saw this on dragons den could not wait to get this as all dragons said it was amazing well don't think they tasted what I have. Not nice atall leaves very nasty after taste. I will not be ordering more will stick to chocolate from Holland Barrat

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am really sorry to hear about your experience and would like to put things right. By way of explanation - after Dragons Den, we were overwhelmed with orders and we had to scale up again with new equipment to meet the demand. We had around 7 months' worth of orders in around 2 weeks and were simply overwhelmed with thousands of customer orders and emails. Unfortunately, one brand new piece of very expensive equipment developed a fault and managed to damage some of the ingredients thus affecting the chocolate. The bars tasted fine when leaving the production line but degraded very quickly and so we only found out after the products had been shipped and tried by customers. This unfortunately affected around 850 customers. We will send you a couple of new bars for you to try (just to make sure you are happy with them and then will replace your whole order). Please send us your order number so that we know where to send the replacements. Please know, you are very important to us and we want to do whatever we can to improve your experience with us.
