“I ordered this for my husband because he snores ridiculously and it was affecting my sleeping and we’ve been having to sleep separately because of it. This mouth piece worked for the first night and that was it. Even with it in, he continues to snore and it’s actually made it a little worse I think. I’m really disappointed. We thought this was going to be a god send, but it doesn’t work. At least for my husband, anyway. We’ll now have to pay for a sleep study.”

“I can tell you I have tried them all. 16 to date. This is the one. Finally. It holds my lower jaw forward to stop my snoring as it is designed to do. What puts it above the rest is the low profile. All the others are too big and hold my mouth open. This one allows me to close my mouth and breath through my nose if I want to. I use a nasal strip in combination. Perfect! Wish I would have found this one first, but at least I found it. I am sleeping well. No sleep apnea symptoms whatsoever. Morning headache is gone. Not waking up to a dry mouth. And most importantly, my wife is sleeping well. Worth every penny.”

James, soreness in the teeth and gums is completely normal for the first two or three nights, but then the soreness should subside by the fourth night, allowing PureSleep to be worn very comfortably. If that was your only problem, we'd encourage you to hang in there for another couple of nights. However it's unusual for someone complaining of soreness to also say that they still snore, as this soreness is usually an indication that it's working. Therefore we recommend taking action. Of course, you may use the individualized postage-paid return shipping label that was included with your order (if you purchased it directly from us) to return it for a full refund. It's fast, convenient and free. Just put your PureSleep back in the box, seal it up, apply the label and drop it in the nearest USPS mailbox. However if you are willing to try something that might work, we suggest that you contact our customer support department and tell them that you would like to exchange your PureSleep for a new one so you can repeat the fitting process. Again, we make exchanges fast, convenient and completely free. When you get your new PureSleep and go through the fitting process, make absolutely sure that you don't wait too long after removing your PureSleep device from the boiling water before biting down to make an impression. We think that you may not have made a deep enough impression the first time, so by repeating this process, we hope you can make a deeper impression...so your teeth fit INTO your PureSleep mouthpiece, like a hand in a glove. If you are willing to give it another try in this way, you'll know that you did everything right if you put your newly-fitted PureSleep into your mouth and can feel it comfortably holding your jaw substantially forward of its normal position, while evenly distributing the forces that are being applied to your teeth across the entirety of your teeth. In particular, you do NOT want to feel that force concentrated along the edges of your teeth. That would indicate that you didn't make a deep enough impression. If you aren't willing to give it another shot, we understand and are sorry that we were not able to help you. However if you are willing to try again, we're pretty confident that you'll get the results you seek!

“I’ve been using for about 10 years and wouldn’t use any other device. Miss the two for 1 deals but since it’s the only device I’ve found that works for me, I’ll stay a customer for life! If you want a good nights sleep without snoring, this is the device for you.”

Miller, we hope you've been able to sleep through the night with your PureSleep device. If not, we suggest trying to sleep on your side or stomach, and if that doesn't work, we also suggest using any of many widely-available chinstraps. We particularly recommend one from Res-Med.

Anthony, we hope that you are now having a better experience, but if not, we invite you to contact our customer support team as they are true experts at helping our customers get the results they want. While PureSleep seems simple, there are actually a lot of details that have to go right for it to work. Normally they do, but when they don't, our customer support professionals can normally figure out what to tweak.
