“I tried to email customer service but the email provided came back undeliverable. The hard outside plastic on this device rubbed the inside of my lips raw. The soft part of the guard is fine and comfortable but if your lips are bleeding it isn't doing the job. I'd like a refund but I can't get in touch with the company. Buyer beware!”

“I have been using PureSleep for nearly 10 years now, I'm on my 5th or 6th one. Not so great at stopping snoring (according to the wife) but what I do know is it has stopped my dentist from telling me I'm grinding my teeth away!”

“Been using them for years. Couldn't get along without. The first night or two it feels strange, but soon you'll realize it becomes like a pacifier to a baby to a baby...with the same results. I imagine it helps those who grind their teeth at night.”

“Appeared to be of sound quality. I gag easily and this made me gag hard. So I returned it like the website said the same day I got it. Today is day 9, the company hasn’t given me a refund, their email on their website doesn’t work, and I had to file a complaint with PayPal now. Shady. Wouldn’t recommend based on how they treat customers.”

“It's been 2 weeks and I am still struggling to fit it in my mouth in a setting that it can benefit my sleep. . I remolded it yesterday per advice from customer support but now the back end has flattened and hurt my tongue. I am not sure what else can be done”

“I wanted a couple of months of use before I rated the PureSleep device. Directions were easy to follow and the snoring stopped on my first night of use. I initially had some jaw soreness and it continues to this day. It also seems that after two months of use the device has become loose and my snoring returned. I am considering giving it another try since it did eliminate my snoring up til now...”

“Seems to be working! I’m excited to get a better night sleep. Only downside is that it seems a bit bulky. I can’t really close my lips around it, not sure if anyone else has this issue. Otherwise really great product!”

“I have used Puresleep for over 10 years. Couldn't be happier with this product. I was able to eliminate C-Pap and stop snoring. I have 2 always. When I travel, I take one in my carry-on, and the other I put into my checked luggage. If there is ever a delay in getting my luggage, I still have the one in my carry-on. Thank you for a fantastic product, and great customer service.”

“What a difference! My partner would sometimes have to wake up in the middle of the night and go sleep on the couch because my snoring would get so loud. I got this because I also grind my teeth and it seemed like a good opportunity to fix both problems for less than a guard from my dentist. Not only does it work exactly as advertised, but I actually sleep better now. I wear a fitness tracker that shows sleep patterns and I was (apparently) waking up 7-10 times a night and it was affecting my sleep. I was getting sleep scores in the 60s-70s. After getting used to having this in my mouth during the night, I now sleep thoroughly through the night without waking up more than 1-2 times and my scores have been in the mid-80s or higher. I feel more rested, I’m not bothering my partner, and my teeth aren’t grinding anymore. 100% recommend this product!!!”

“I have been using this product for years, it works great and I have had no issues, but lately, though, I feel like the quality of the product has declined. The trays themself feel a bit smaller and the formable plastic does not stay adhered to the trays very well after several nights of use. I would think for the price being charged the quality of the product would not suffer. Hope this is just a fluke and the next one I order is better.”

“I have a small mouth and didn't get it molded correctly so it hurts one side of my mouth. I'm going to try to redo it hoping that I don't ruin it. I've only successfully worn it one night since I got it.”
