“We drove to airport for 6am on 16th Feb, straight to M & G Park, your attendant was there, knew who we were. Dealt efficiently with car and documentation, in about 5 mins. When we returned from holiday, straight to Car Park attendant there took about 5 mins to hand over etc and away we drove. Very efficient service, that is why we always use your M & G”

“That’s exactly what it says on the tin no hassle, just pull in park up leave your key get on the bus go to your terminal. makes travelling so much easier. I wouldn’t park anywhere else now.”

“I've used park and walk at Liverpool JLA (Park Smart) many times and it's all straightforward from booking to entry and exit. You get to keep your keys and it's only a 5-minute or so walk to the terminal.”

“Everything went very smoothly which was great. We dropped our car off, took the shuttle bus to the airport. On our return we were picked up by the shuttle bus shortly after leaving the terminal and picked up our car. No hitches at all. Will most certainly use Purple Parking again.”

“The customer service was excellent, I was impressed. I made a mistake with the car park that I booked and realised the night before. I phoned first thing on the day, it was all sorted very quickly in a friendly and professional manner. As others have mentioned, we had a slight problem finding the parking, but that’s because a competitor has purple signs that are confusing and distracted us, so we went to them first. Checking in, and collecting the car was very smooth, the only negative thing I’d say is that the car was covered in mud down one side, so not sure what the parking situation was”

“Called the customer services to help me solve the issue I had with my parking at Stansted Airport. The lady was very polite and friendly. Even helped me to solve the issue to which I though it would cost me an arm and leg. Turn out they wanted to help and understood my situation. To my surprise I end up not incurring an extra cost. Lovely.”
