“Very good apart from 35 minute wait to depart to the terminal in a grossly packed and in our opinion overloaded bus. Return trip the opposite. Main thing we liked is our car not going drive about to some outlying overflow site that we object to strongly. Staff friendly as usual.”

“Have used Purple Parking at Gatwick a few times now and have always found it reliable and easy to use. This time i flew from South Terminal but the ticket given for the return bus said collection was at the North terminal, it was a bit of a faff going from South to North terminal and then to the bus stop, we then found out that the bus does pick up at South Terminal after all, so this was an admin error that we could have done without after a 9 hour flight home, but these things happen and overall the experience was still very good and i would still recommend.”

“I was happy with the service I received when I arrived at the Car Park, however, there were no signs saying Purple Parking nor were there any information on how to get there with the road works outside. I am a driver not someone who moves vehicles around on the road and found the approach roads very dark ( I know that road lighting is not your responsibility but cleared directions and or maps would be helpful).”

“Overall, I am satisfied with the car park. Close, reasonably priced, cool, courteous staff but I think for such a large car park there should be more buses or bigger buses. Many people with children have to wait for the next car because there are no more spaces in this one. You need to think about how to solve the problem”

“Quick check-in and easy to know where to leave your car, friendly staff, my annoyances though were the fact the shuttle bus goes to Terminal 2&3 before Terminal 5 (where I was flying from) so from the moment you leave the car park it took half an hour to get to Terminal 5. Also when I got back to the UK I had to wait 40 minutes for a bus at Terminal 5, I think Purple Parking needs buses for separate terminals.”

“Easy to book. Used many times before. Buses are a lot more regular than it says online which is always a bonus. Only giving 4 stars as I guess they couldn’t figure out how to put my handbreak on, so they just left it off. I got in and started rolling away lol”

“Easy to find at Gatwick service excellent. I did not understand why when I retrieved my car why there was a note on the dashboard saying that the car did not lock. It was locked when I picked it up. Also someone seemed to have used the front passenger seat which was reclined in a position I never have it in. Mileage seemed right.”

“The staff were very nice and the whole process was very smooth. Only lost a star because there were no clear instructions on how to get the shuttle bus BACK to the car park from Terminal 2. Zero signage, zero communication and no number to call.”
