“It was easy to check in and the bus was ready to get on. Coming back we had to wait less than ten minutes for the bus and getting the key and finding our car was fast and smooth.”

“Dropping the car off and bus to the Terminal was fine. Returning was not good. Having boarded the bus at Terminal 2, we then went on a tedious tour of the airport to pick up at Terminal 5. There were a lot of people waiting there and there wasn't enough room in the racks for their luggage, many had to stand. Previously you had separate buses for Terminal 5: you should reinstate that.”

“Easy to book. Staff on intercom at the entrance opened the gate for a breakdown company. Would like to have an emergency telephone numbers for the car park for emergencies like ours. I had to walk to the gate from my parking place in area K to speak to someone.”
