“Good parking, only complaint when being collected from terminal 3 you have to go all the way out to terminal 5 to collect other people, which takes ages to get back to car park, surely it should be done the opposite way around.”

“Parking was easy and on return the car was easy to find. The only issue was that we were not told that the pick up was the same place as drop off. There seems to be no phone number to call to find out”

“Like using purple parking and use for most of our trips but the parking for Southampton was not very clear for those that pre-book, just instructions on how to pay. Confused several car owners and weren’t sure whether we’d come back to a parking ticket. Maybe some idea that the car park you are in is the right one by a code on the parking tariff sign that matches your booking reference”

“Service was efficient, clear and very easy to use as well as convenient. However the car must’ve been parked on a field as all the sides of the tyres were covered in mud and so too was the drivers seat mat. Took quite a bit of scrubbing to get off -had to take car to car wash for wheels though”

“Found Luton site quite easily (did use satnav). Easy entry with online booking. Pleasant and helpful staff on duty. Shuttle to airport approx 12 mins. Return from airport 7 days later again no problems- shuttle collected several of us returnees after approx 15 mins wait at Luton arrivals busstop -there is a QR code at busstop to advise where/when shuttle is enroute. Key collection for boxsafe at parking site @3am also easier than expected.Overall good service and value for amount paid.”

“The stay and park at the Cambridge went very well. Comfortable room and efficient transfers to and from South terminal. Small criticism is that the menu for the meal on the night before flying was limited.”

“Very efficient check-in and pick-up. The only criticism is that whoever move my car after check-in must be very short in terms of height - AND FAILED TO RETURN THE DRIVER'S SEAT TO ITS ORIGINAL POSITION. I COULDN'T GET IN!!!! I had occasion to amend my details after initial booking (change of vehicle) and this was very easily expedited.”
