“Check in and check out were quick and efficient. When leaving for the airport, a bus was ready to go straight away. What wasn’t so good was the time we had to wait at the airport to return to the car. We waited over 30 minutes, during which time so many buses passes us, to pick people up for the Park and Ride etc”

“Great service. Had to change Reg Plate due to car breaking down last minute, but handled no problem. Checked in , no delay, and bus departed within 5 minutes.”

“Was I with Purple Parking or SkyPark. Signage and email/invoicing confusing and at odds with each other. Otherwise a good service. Friendly staff. Would use again if comparison was cheapest.”

“We used Manchester Airport Meet and Greet. The first problem was the postcode on the confirmation email took us to Terminal 1 M&G instead of Terminal 2 so had to find it ourselves having no knowledge of the airport. Coming back it would be helpful if an explanation of which exit to go out of to find the M&G reception was provided. The 2 men we spoke to were very helpful however”

“Good combination of hotel stay (Tribe - easily accessible from terminal 2 ) and Jet Parks 3. Bus transfers to and from the car park worked well, and plenty of parking available if you drive towards the back of the parking lot and choose a spot close to one of the many bus stops.”

“Easy, quick and efficient. They left my car in gear and I almost deleted a brand new 24 plate Golf R’s front bumper at 2am. So maybe look out for that if you got a manual.”

“Quick and easy to drop car off. I was surprised I had to wait at least 20 mins before car was returned. I paid £34 for a Valet car wash whilst I was away which I was a bit disappointed with once I got in my car and noticed several areas had not been cleaned. I had left a few £1 coins in the car which I half expected to be gone when I collected my car but to my surprise nothing was taken. Thank you :)”

“Expected to see signage at Long Stay car park @ Stansted Airport which caused a bit of confusion. Queued for 45 mins in cold waiting with about 100 others for Long Stay return bus. Numerous other buses to Mid term and Car hire operated. When bus finally arrived people charged to board causing havoc.”
