“Lovely brand. I've fully enjoyed all the Pyrrha I own and they are unmistakable. The customer service is out of this world and I'm over the moon the headquarters is in a heritage house they fully retrofitted to their needs. On top of it all, the company has a watchful eye on their sustainability and environmental impacts. Everything about this brand is impressive, unique and renegade as F. They are NOT swimming with the stream.. they are carving their own rivers.”

“Pyrrha is the BEST! I have been buying your beautiful pieces for 13+ years. They are beautiful and so well made. The customer support is fantastic as well. I'm attaching a picture of the 3 Pyrrha bracelets I wear regularly. The bracelet that is a stainless band with the small gold shield has been worn every day since I purchased it in 2008-9ish? . Lovely, unique pieces.”

“I was very excited for my necklace to come. I’ve been wanting one for quite awhile now and been admiring the designs for years. My husband bought me one for my birthday. I wore it the day it came! It was so pretty! After a 2-3 weeks, my stone started unraveling. I put twisted it back but not gonna lie, was disappointed it did it in the first place. Yesterday it unravelled some more. Not sure why, it’s not like I’m playing around with it. Not going to lie, for this necklace’s price point, this shouldn’t be happening. I feel like I’ve seen necklaces at a lower price point with better quality. I was going to ask for 2 necklaces for my birthday but glad we only purchased one. Overall, I was incredibly disappointed with the quality. Not sure if I’ll purchase another in the future like I had planned.”

“Not only do Pyrrha have a great original product and a very attentive service team, but also they never lose the 'personal touch' by reaching out to the customer to suggest ways in which the particular piece you have chosen can be presented in a better way for example with a small note, or an initial. My absolute 'go to' company for a unique meaningful jewellery gift for someone special Thank you Pyrrha!”

“I lost the love of my life and a whole future with her recently and I ordered the talisman she wanted me to have. I couldn’t find the confirmation email so I called and Stefani answered and helped me not only with that but she provided me with comfort as she could tell I had suffered a huge loss. She assured me my order would get out that day, two days later I had it and I couldn’t be happier with it. What she did says a lot about the organization and I highly recommend Pyrrha based off this wonderful experience!”

“I have ordered from this company multiple times as a guest and have always had good service. Unfortunately, this time when I wanted to order it was not available and I had to order in two pieces. I need a longer chain than what was offered. I was given a very hard time with customer service. I did not get what I wanted, I tried to return part of it and was told I couldn't. This will be the last time I purchase from them.”
