“Been with them for 2 yrs acp ran out been on auto pay since May 2024 then they canceled my phone without warning when I refused to upgrade be warned they will not help you unless they can get a hold of your acp”

“Absolutely the worst cell service ever. They put a block on your phone with out your permission so that you cannot use it with any other service. Unlimited data with end about 3 days after the first of the month. I would have to call them four or five times a month to get my data service restarted. The Voice service didn't work more often than it did work. Didn't work at all for the last 6 weeks I was on their service. When I canceled their service I found out they had put a block on my phone so ever cell Services can't use my phone. When I called customer service they tried to get that off my phone. Then they told me there was some kind of error and they couldn't remove the block from my phone. When I got upset that they had just ruined an $800 phone they started denying they put the block on my phone. Ask your local phone carrier they know about Q Link Wireless block and how it ruins the phone for any other. This should be absolutely Criminal....”

“Worst company for cell service. The wireless data is a joke. The reception will be 2 to 3 bars but no data. This happens all the time. Called customer service 3 times, one time they hung up on me, the second time they tried to blame it on the cell tower. It’s been going on since I’ve had the phone, for at least 6 years now. The 3rd time I tried to explain the issue they ignored what I said and tried to get me to purchase more data. I cannot wait until next week when I switch service over to a reliable company. I will be telling everyone I talk to to stay away.”

“They are full of s..t. paid $30 for unlimited plan and they invent a new way of describing what unlimited means. You will absolutely will not get unlimited service. If there ever comes a time for a class action suit against qlink I want to be first in line.”

“This is the last attempt to reach out to Q link - [ ] I’m sorry for a neither email but I’ve been trying to contact Q link customer service since the day I received my $ 199.00 dollars phone buying that was one of the most stupidest things I’ve ever done. Now that it’s past the 14 day’s return policy & numerous times of trying to return the phone - [ ] & to top off the disaster of q link’s customer service performance you’ve trained them to lie & tell the customers a shipping label we’ll be sent to your email. As they laugh and hang up, with no intention of ever helping your customers. - [ ] Q link is a free service for Financial destitute people, but yet you send out phones that have no value because with a critical degenerated battery function that is supposedly fully charged the phone only operates for a very short limit of time. I’m writing this to let you know that this we’ll be my review on the many bad reviews written on the internet. About q links phones purchased at the highest cost ever possible while your company - [ ] obnoxiously well not at any circumstances, ever replace or repair the train wreck of Quality of your phone’s with no battery life existing - [ ] I’ve had the phone you sent me looked at & tested by professional phone technicians i was told the batteries life was so critically low that it would not even charge more then 30 percent and to return it for a replacement or refund - [ ] I’ve contacted your customer service numerous times, only one of them offered to send out a return label that I never received - [ ] I hate to give Q link a bad review on the internet but also feel the public needs to be warned about this ”

“I paid $30 for their unlimited plan and got no data had to call them 4 times stayed on hold for 45min each time only to be told that I had used all of my data and tried to get me to give them more money to purchase data for the remainder of the month. There data is very slow to nonexistent. I would not recommend anyone to deal with them. They got $30 from me and I got absolutely no service from them”

“I have the assistance sim chip with free text and calls etc why I'm saying 1 star is because I'm a grown adult and them blocking my safe search on MY Google account isn't ok !!!! I can't even get on my YouTube music and listen to songs that God forbid might have cuss words etc . Im sorry that is a violation of my rights to my own dam phone and Google account!!!! I will definitely be getting rid of their service and getting something else we're . Have never had a issue with airtalk wireless etc . Don't sign up for their government assistance.”

“When the government quit funding the phone service I opted to get the unlimited talk, text and UNLIMITED DATA. I paid $30 on 6/4/2024 for the plan. 2 days later I am out of data. Then on 6/7/2024 they tried to got $30 out of my bank account. I only had $4 in my account and they got that. It is impossible to talk to customer service. I have had qlinks for 3 years. No problem until I had to go on this plan. THEY ARE TERRIBLE WITH THIS PLAN. AND NO COMMUNICATING WITH THEM AT ALL!;”

“THIS IS IT WITH QLINK WIRELESS. I ORDERED AND $20.75 PLAN, WHERE I CALL THURSDAY TO VERIFY THEY PLAN ON UNLIMITED DATA TALK AND TEXT. JUST NOW THESE CON ARTIST BILLED ME FOR A $30 BUNDLE PLAN WERE NOW IM JUST GETTING 7GB OF DATA. HOW THE HELL THAT'S GONNA GET ME THRU THE MONTH. IM GOING TO T-MOBILE $50 UNLIMITED 5G DATA CAN'T BEAT THAT. BYE QLINK YOU JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER”

“DO NOT FALL FOR THERE FALSE Advertisement. They are not on unlimited data. That is false. I do DoorDash. I need my Internet for my phone to work in order to make money and I am currently without any Internet or even being able to text other people with iPhones because I have no more data and I have to wait till the first of the month it is 17 May, it’s false advertisement. It’s a lie. It’s against the law. Do not use this company”
