“The worst customer service ever! QS Supplies are quite happy to charge you for for product even though they know it's out of stock. In order to find out it's out of stock YOU have to phone them! No courtesy email communicating a delay, even after over a month. I'm amazed they're still in business with that attitute.”

“Terrible experience with them. Wouldn't take back a door that was the wrong size, even though it had never been used and was being returned as soon as we found out it was the wrong size (a few days after order). Not only do they not have a return policy, but also have the most unhelpful customer service - that is not only entirely oblivious to a customer-focused attitude, but is also frankly rude.”

“Customer services gave me conflicting advice about delivery. I was told it would be free if I collected from depot . This wasn’t the case and I wasted a long journey. They refused to even answer my email of complaint. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole- a dishonest company.”
