“I ordered some bearings and a drive belt for a lathe rebuild. The belt size was from a drawing but was totally wrong. After discussion I ordered a different size belt and this was also wrong? Bearings Online service was excellent and involved the supply of 3 belts for me to try and fit to find the correct one. We did find the right size eventually and they were very helpful and professional. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again. Pity all companies are not as helpful as Bearing Online.”

“Everybody we talked with was very nice, polite & helpful. When we had to return a part they were most helpful. It was a really nice experience to work with all involved. When we called about the wrong part we had ordered they helped get the right part out right away. The price had gone up but they honored the old price & made arrangements to get the wrong one returned. A real pleasure.”

“My requirement was a self aligning ball bearing as a replacement in an 1950 David Brown tractor steering column under restoration. I did not have the original bearing number but dimensions indicated that, surprisingly, it was a metric bearing. Tractor parts suppliers could supply a bearing at an inflated price. Initial internet searches did not find a replacement but accessing the QBL site provided an easy to use identification system that came up with the correct bearing a very reasonable price. On line ordering resulted in the bearing being delivered the following day. The David Brown tractor now has a fully restored steering column! Thanks.”
