“The staff at all points could not have been any better. Everyone of the crew made a special impression. This was our second time on the Grace and to see some of the faces from our first trip and be welcomed was a special treat. I walked around on board for at least a day with the biggest grin just because I was so happy to be back on the Grace. In terms of possible improvements; Dry towels in the rooms more often Clear instruction guide for the AC Making sure the Coffee Machine was clean and ready for use the nite before An option for smaller food portions SAFETY VERY IMPORTANT Most of the life jackets used in the pongas had a RED indicator indicating that they required service.”

Hi Mark, Thank you for your detailed feedback and we're glad to hear you had a wonderful time in the Galapagos aboard the Grace this second time around. Your suggestions for possible improvements have all been sent to our hospitality team so that they can make all the necessary corrections. Regarding the issue with the life jackets, please rest assured that Quasar places the safety of our guests above all else. All the life vests and pdfs we provide on our cruises are safe and approved. We use a system to mark vests so we know which one’s to replace on the next round. The vests you used were safe and in good working order but were due for replacing (hence the red marker), which has now been accomplished. All life vests on the Grace are brand new. “We have traveled on the Grace twice with Quasar. We find the crew, the staff on the mainland and the staff in the office to be very professional and prepared. The yacht feels like your home when you are there and how wonderful to travel around the amazing Galapagos islands and take your luxury home with you. We hope to travel on the Grace again and relive the romance of Princess Grace's yacht once more.”

“From the moment we landed in Ecuador, we felt very taken care of.They are organized and methodical. The naturalists are so informative and helpful. The hikes and scenery were extraordinary. The snorkeling was great. The water is incredible! We loved the friendly crew and especially the captain. Everyone pitched in with all of the work to make everyone feel safe and comfortable. We highly recommend Quasar and The Grace for a lovely week in the Galapagos!”

“What to say about our Quasar trip? The Galapagos Islands are already a magical place that you have to visit to understand, but the Quasar team - from reservation to our magnificent naturalist guides, fabulous crew (including tour and explanation of inner workings of the Grace!) made it a trip that will never be forgotten. I have thousands of pictures, but perhaps the ones that symbolize the new "family" we acquired during our flawless trip (even the weather cooperated fully) include our last night onboard and a toast - to us all and a group shot with our guides who are now honorary ND Farley Hall alums:) The crew welcomed us with open arms, answered every question and served us like Princess Grace and Prince Rainier; our guides made it their mission to make our "expedition" enjoyable and fun while making sure we didn't miss a fleeting creature in the sea while snorkeling or the origin of a plant or wildlife on land. The crew was always there with treats, the towel-art work each afternoon, and smiles all the time. Can we go again? I hope so, because the Galapagos changes with time and we need to see the other half of the islands. Thank you, Quasar team, for making our first (hopefully not our last) experience in the Galapagos so memorable.”

“Our trip on the M/Y Grace was magical. The crew anticipated our every need and was there immediately if we wanted anything. The guides were outstanding - knowledgeable and fun - and they clearly cared deeply about the environment. Food was great, cabins really comfortable.”

“My husband and I loved our week on the Quasar Evolution. The perfect size for having a great social experience and not spending a lot of time waiting to disembark like you would with a larger group. The guides definitely know the Galapagos, the crew is experienced and responsive, and the delicious and generous meals and snacks certainly went beyond our expectations. We snorkeled every day but one and saw an amazing number of aquatic and land animals and amazing birds. We feel the value of the trip far outweighed the pricing and have been recommending this tour to anybody who says they are interested in going themselves.”

“We went to Patagonia in February, shortly after the boarder opened for tourists. I went with my mother and sister and we don't have anything to complain about. Quasar (thank you to Tasha!) made sure we had the best and safest travel during a pandemic, we had the friendliest encounters with everyone they work with (big thanks to Alvin in Santiago!), the best food (thank you Estancia Cerro Guido), so much fun with our Jeep, exploring Patagonia. One adventure after another, still time to relax and soak in the unforgettable landscape. If you have any allergies, don't worry, I got my gluten free Sandwich in the middle of nowhere during our Kayak Tour from people I've never spoken to before. We can't wait to be back!”

“The crew was spectacular. From the guides who took a personal interest in all of us to the kitchen crew who fed us very tasty and filling meals to the cleaning and maintenance crew who kept things nice and functioning well. A great group. The evolution was really a great place to spend a week or two. And who can say enough about the Gallapagos. Spectacular snorkeling! Great land tours. Unbelievable animals above and below the water. I will always remember my time spent on these islands.”
