The car I bought was sold as having full history when it in fact didn’t. This meant it didn’t have the remaining 2 years of warranty that I was told it had. A warning light came on 2 days after buying the car and I’m still going back and forward with Quest about it now, a year later. Currently they’ve had my car for 18 days and there is very little very slow progress on my car. I was told they would take it to Kia to be repaired if they couldn’t do it themselves. I paid over the odds for a car with part service history and no manufacturer warranty, plus the other small defects with the car have not been rectified. Small things like bits of trim that were missing or broken not repaired properly. When I collected the car there was god hair in the boot, each time it came back for repairs I asked them to clean the boot properly and each time they said they had done but there was still dog hair and smears on rear windows. Terrible quality of customer care, despite everyone I’ve spoken to being very polite and courteous.

Wouldn’t even give a one star! Got in early Saturday morning, and was told I was first in the queue, only to come back 4 hours later and still had to wait another 1/2 hour! My car failed on binding rear brakes, however it was totally undrivable to take away as the handbrake must have been rammed so hard, it stuck on!!! I would never recommend anyone to come here.

The service and the vehicle inspection were completed swiftly, and I was updated regularly about the progress. I received a text message informing me when the car was ready for collection. Although the charges are slightly higher, one can be assured of receiving high-quality service. They even cleaned my car afterward.

The reasoning why i only marked it as acceptable .The length of time it took to get the gear wheel for the gearbox .there was no courtesy car available.my wife had no car for 2 weeks ,so my wife had to use my car instead.I then had to cancel and reschedule appointments.The colleague interaction was good with the service team.We only had the car 4 days before the fault arose..I hope this feedback helps.
