“AVOID! Horrendous company. Awful experience. Tried to cancel an order. Customer service refused to help. A complete lack of common sense and ability to step in as a human and physically prevent an order being dispatched. The order was dispatched 3 days later!!! Total waste of resource and shocking lack of environmental care. Total waste of my time having to arrange return delivery and again a completely unnecessary environmental impact, and a large delivery cost I should not have incurred… TWICE!!! This company needs to consider its customer service. Shocking.”

“I ordered an item for my son’s Christmas. After few weeks I had to msg see where order is . I then get a msg saying it’s been delivered with a photo of item at front door . I haven’t received the item . They left item at front door , I have open garden with no fence . I have emailed about 20 times to report with no real response . I want refunded but having no proper communication .”
