We rented a car from this rental company for a month and they have never disappointed us apart from the bit delay in the delivery, yeah but it was acceptable. “My experience with this company was terrible. From lack of information given to me considering that I am a first time customer and new to the country, to bad customer service and speaking to me in a rude manner, to making me wait outside till some paperwork is done in their parking and having to deal with low mannered team.
It had been a nightmare and would never recommend this company to anybody.
One example is when I rented the car, they have not informed of any traffic rules neither of any additional charges incurred in case of payments to RTA nor the option of upgrading the insurance package. I had to discover all by myself. Another example was when o was returning the car, the sales representative told every time you rent a car you damage it. It means you are a bad driver. I was astonished by this and decided to share my awful experience with them.”
