what a bunch of shysters ... would not wish anyone to do business with them ... take your money .. make you wait months to deliver the phone .. then it breaks and wont answer any warranty communication ... expect to see them on watchdog, crimewatch or at least in the appearance list of your local court

I would review lower than a 1 if it was possible. QMF supply a questionable product and their warranty is worthless. Within 8 months of purchase the iPhone X I purchased developed a known manufacturer's component issue with the touchscreen (Ghost Touch) which is covered by Apple's Extended Repair Program (https://support.apple.com/en-gb/iphone-x-display-module-replacement-program). Apple diagnosed the fault as this, but they were unable to replace the screen because it had been replaced once already prior to me purchasing it. I returned the device to QMF with all these details and they demanded £159 to replace the screen claiming damage had caused the fault. This was contrary to Apple's own diagnosis. QMF's Warranty states: "The warranty for refurbished phones and tablets sold by Quick Mobile Fix differs depending on the device and only covers manufacturing defects. If the fault is not related to this or happens outside of the warranty period, an extra cost may occur. It does not cover physical or accidental damage." My experience is they will claim any fault as damage and try to get you to pay for it - both outside of their own warranty, and a manufacturer's own repair program. Article 50 of the TEU states that: "Second–hand goods that you buy from a trader are also covered by the minimum 2-year guarantee. In some EU countries, when you buy second-hand goods you can agree with the trader on a guarantee period of less than 2 years. However, it must be no shorter than 1 year and should be made clear at the time of purchase." (https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/guarantees-returns/index_en.htm) THE LAW is that QMF must repair, replace, reduce the price or give a refund if the goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised. The iPhone X I purchased from QMF is within the 12 month warranty period offered by QMF. It was supplied with an invalidated manufacturer's warranty which was not disclosed. It was returned to them with no damage. By not honouring either their own warranty or EU Directives, QMF are knowingly breaking the law. I would avoid them at all costs.

Possibly the worst company on this planet....i'm just going to keep complaining, give negative feedback etc etc until something is done about how they treat customers. Watchdog is the next port of call....QMF you warrant a full investigation into how you are still trading

No ipad no refund and not returning my emails. The are robbing people. Its fraud trading standards is my next port of call.

Price and promised service looked excellent so ordered an I phone. Phone didn’t turn up and had no contact. Had to chase them up and got little response so cancelled order. After 2 weeks no refund, fortunately my bank recovered the money. I should have taken notice of all the negative reviews and would advise people to avoid.

I'm at a loss to know what to do now to get my £530 back. No delivery...cancelled order...nearly 4 weeks later and all emails ignored there is nothing. It's actually making me ill, this company has no idea of the stress customers are under. So many terrible reviews for the same reasons. How can they keep on doing this. Amazing thing is i actually go an automated email from them today giving me points towards another purchase!! Incredible

No repair, no phone,no refund. I have started a small claims court action against these people. Why are they still allowed to trade?

One star to this company is to much. They are same as scammer. Just avoid them don't buy any phones. I bought phone from them as Christmas present. Phone was faulty. They ask send it back. I use their instructions and sent it back. I wait over a week, no confirmation. Then I email by my self. They try claim it as haven't got my phone. After I provided all proof that they have received phone back they agree. End guess what, they gone. Now it's nearly two months they got my money and phone, and ignoring all my emails. I bought the phone through DivedeBy they try to help me too but looks like quickmobilefix ignoring them too. So now I have contacted my bank and investigation have been opened. So hope they be able to help me and get my money back. So please don't order from them, otherwise you be robbed like I was and many other people. Do first a few research and you will see there is a lot people who lost phones and money.

Can you give no stars? Ordered phone on the 4th of Jan. Money taken on the 6th. All of the communication as to why I haven't received my order was led by me. No way to call them. Now over a month later and too many copy and pasted emails from them I requested to cancel on the caveat I needed the money back by Monday to get another phone ordered. Complete waste of time. They cancelled the order and the refund will be 2 weeks. Going by other reviews that are waiting on their money back I am desolate. Totally unprofessional, and have essentially stole my money for over a month. They sold a product that they did not have in stock. And only of the last two weeks have they came up with a copy and pasted email that told me it was quality control issue... They don't have what they advertise in stock. They never had the phone and I advise to stay clear of them. Thoroughly disappointed.

Sent me a faulty phone which i returned over two months ago and have had no refund and no responses to my emails ever since. No phone details given so cannot communicate via any other method. Like many others, now taking legal action.

They took 16 days and my phone still wasn’t ready so I cancelled. Refund within 14 days?? That’s what they tell you!! It’s lies. You do not get your money back. It’s been 22 days today and still not refunded. Please, go elsewhere. These people can not be trusted.

They couldn't fix a screen repair. Got my phone back over a month after sending them the phone for repair. Told i would get a refund on the 6th January. I still haven't received it. Every time i try and contact them, they say they have passed it onto the accounts department, no one can check where it is or when i will receive it.
