“Received a faulty fone returned it next day (at no cost to me) and within a week got fone back and working perfect. Condition of fone is perfect looks like new. My daughter is over the moon with her new fone and after reading some bad reviews was a bit worried but must say so far all good and would defo recommend.”

“Well what a disappointment I am an old woman and not very technology minded my grandson said get an iPhone 5 as it will be similar to my iPad but being on a pension did not have hundreds to spend so I found your sit and thought it sounded good not so you send me a phone without a pin or a charger so I can not get into it to put my sim card in and have had to spend more for a charger, no use at all without a pin can I send it back please”

“Awful experience. £300 for a phone which has been returned 3 times in 12 months, I still don’t have back and it doesn’t work at all. But only a 6 month warranty mean as I have had 6 months continuous use they’ll not help!!! Don’t use!!! Now paying £20 for a diagnostics to prove I didn’t break it!!! It sat in a draw for three months because I’d lost faith and was using an old phone!! UNBELIEVABLE”

“When I ordered the phone, I was told it would be dispatched in 7 working days, but they aim to dispatch quicker. This is not good by today's standards when next working day is not unusual, but okay provided I was informed and they stuck to the delivery date. As I hadn't heard, on the 7th day I telephoned and was told it would be dispatched the following day, but, as there was a bank holiday, it would take 5 days to reach me. Not a good start. After a week, the phone stopped working. They said they would replace it and pay the return postage, which they did. Good! I received an email the following day saying they had receive it and send a replacement in 3 to 5 working days. Good! 7 days later I had heard nothing and so I telephoned. After waiting for 10 minutes, I was cut off and so I sent an email asking them to call me. That was 4 hours ago and I have heard nothing. This is just not good enough! It is 4½ weeks since I ordered the phone and, not only do I not have one, I have still no idea when I will get it. It became apparent that they would not be able to replace or repair the phone within a reasonable time and so I cancelled the order and asked for a full refund, which they agreed to make. It is now 7 weeks since I ordered the phone, 3 weeks since I returned the phone and 11 days since I asked for a refund. I am still waiting for the refund. Fortunately, I paid through PayPal and they are now helping me with my claim. In the meantime, I ordered a phone from another company. This was delivered within 2 days and is working perfectly. If you are thinking of buying a phone, I strongly recommend that you use one of the very many companies offering a far better service than Quick Mobile Fix - they most certainly are not quick and, in my experience, are unable to fix anything. Update: I received a refund, but only after I threatened to escalate the claim with Paypal and 19 days after it was returned to them. I was never able to speak to them as there was always a long queue and I was cut off before I could speak to anyone. They didn't do anything of their own volition, requiring me to prompt them each step of the way. I don't think they are dishonest, just disorganised, incompetent, slow and somewhat disinterested. As I said earlier, there are much better suppliers out there and I would recommend you try them in preference to Quick Mobile Fix.”

“DO NOT USE - TERRIBLE SERVICE! I received an Iphone that didn't work. After 2 weeks of useless advise I had to send the Phone back. After 10 working days I finaly had an e-mail saying the phone can't be repaired and another phone will have to be sorted. A Week has gone by and i still haven't heard from them. I have now gone 6 weeks without a phone and no help from Quick Fix Mobile.”
