I have not received my order 2 weeks later and it was meant to be a birthday present. Waiting for refund.

i purchased an iphone 8 from you for £400, had only a week and was crashing on me. black screen and couldn’t turn phone on. emailed the company asking for a return address (mid december) was told to wait until the new year. very disappointed

Product was NOT as advertised, advert stated the iPad took the latest iOS update when, in fact it only runs up to 10.3.3 very disappointing

I ordered a pink iPhone 5c and received a white one. Not exactly happy as it is for my daughters birthday and haven’t got the time or money to go and find another one. Don’t know why a white one was sent I’ve checked that I ordered a pink one and I did. So not very impressed.

At time if writing this review, on the 04th Jan 2019, the Quick Mobile Fix customer services telephone number still has a recorded message to say they are closed for the Christmas Holidays! Having written to the customer services team to request instructions to send my phone back and claim a refund due to the phone being faulty and accepting a charge from the any of the Apple iPhone chargers we own, I was told that it would not be possible to issue a refund due to a 14 day refund policy! Firstly, the phone was purchased as a Xmas present so was not opened until Xmas Day 25th December (any 14 day limit would have meant me knowing it had an issue on Xmas Eve the 24th. As soon as the fault was identified (not initially apparent until late on 27th) I wrote to customer services on 28th advising of issue, an automated message then received to advise offices would be closed until 02nd Jan! I have since written to advise Customer Services that a product purchased online that is faulty is subject to The Consumer Rights Act 2015, and as such I have 30 days to request a refund, from date of delivery! I await a satisfactory response and action. Will update with outcome in next 14 days. I’m yet to contact Quick Mobile for a resolution as issue identified on Boxing Day. Phone immaculate in presentation. Having spent some time setting up the phone, day 3 of starting to use it the phone now refuses to accept all iPhone chargers plugged in. Either it won’t charge at all or an error message ‘device not recognised’ displays.

Did not arrive on time. I had to call and chase you on multiple occasions to find out the cause of the delay and when I should expect to receive my order. No discount provided as part of this poor customer service.

Unfortunately when I placed an order it wasn’t stated the parcel needed a signature on delivery. As I work all week and there is no one home the parcel was unable to be delivered. I emailed the delivery company to change address, they said they couldn’t and I had to speak to the sending company to do that. I emailed Quick Fix Mobile to do this, they also refused to change the delivery address. After numerous unhelpful emails I had to pick the parcel up from the local delivery company which was AN HOUR AND A HALF drive away. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

Use a poor courier service that despite having a tracking number was untrackable online - said it didn’t exist. Also IPhone arrived with the loudspeaker damaged and plays only very quietly. Unfortunately the new phone was dropped in a toilet before I got the chance to return it (which was the offered solution) but you would hope they would test the phone before claiming it was in “good” condition which they clearly did not.

Hello Charles, The tracking number is valid once the courier has collected orders from us. By the end of the working day should have information on your order. We are sorry to hear you had a problem with the phone you purchased, we did advise to return it under the warranty. Too long waiting for delivery. Although it does state can take 10 working days. But misleading as states in bold writing “free next day delivery”, but that only means after the 10 days!

Order took 12 working days to arrive. The website says 10 working days max which is too long anyway I was 2 weeks without a phone. If the phone is not in stock let the customer know. Phone itself is in good condition and works well at a good price.

I ordered an iphone 7 128gb on 25th of november and to this day i have i have recieved nothing. I have emailed after looking at the order tracking and seeing it still says processing and i was met with vague answers about when it would arrive. This is a birthday present for a birthday on the 7th of december however after reading many reviews iam worried it wont be arriving anytime soon or even in a excellent condition like I bought.

It took over 2 weeks to get my iPhone 5s, and even then I had to email them after 2 weeks to ask when it would be dispatched. It should take 3-5 days
