Got an Iphone 6s. Not the best. The phone seems okay, but as "refurbished" you'd expect the minimum service to at least replace the battery. My battery will be almost completely flat within 2 hours tops? I know iphones aren't known for their long battery life but it's obviously not been replaced. Pretty disappointed.

Delivery was great but a lot of details are needed on the condition of the phone. I bought an iPhone 6 and found the battery was severely degraded. This wasn’t so unexpected but when I went to get it fixed at an Apple store I was told my screen is fake. None of this was advertised. More transparency would be nice

In need of a phone asap, I bought a refurbished iphone6s at Quick Mobile Fix. The delivery time was a week, which was for me, a long wait since I had no backup phone. When I received it, I was surprised by the deep and long scratch on the left side of the screen. I was confused since the phone description said it was in "good condition". The iPhone would freeze sometimes too. For £200, I'll say that's fine. However, later on, I noticed the battery didn't last long, it was only at 81% capacity. I think a refurbished phone should at least have a new battery, especially iPhones since we all know, the battery is not good in the first place. For me, my experience wasn't great. Since I already had a deep scratch, when my phone fell yesterday, my screen didn't survive. Next time I'll buy a new phone instead.

Phones took a long time to get to us. Also phone cable recharger doesn't work. I'm still waiting for a replacement!

My purchase was faulty, however the returns process was well thought out. QMF left as a nice surprise the fact that the return paid postage was for Tracked and Signed For. If I get my refund within a reasonable time I would use QMF again for the right price if applicable and give positive feedback to any enquirer.

Took a while to come which was ok, but now I keep getting spammed with emails to review even after unsubscribing! Not the way to get a favourable review!

I was very disappointed with the service revived. My phone was sent in as second hand with normal age related marks (it’s been in a case it’s whole like) in perfect working condition only to receive a revised offer almost half of the original, saying my phone was in poor condition... It could only have looked newer, if it was new!

Knocked down too much for condition of phone. It only had a small crack in the back which didn't effect anything and got knocked £71 ! Bit rubbish if you ask me!

Got sent a refurbished phone, and the touchscreen hardly worked. Plus terrible customer service. Almost impossible to get hold of on the phone. And almost as hard to get an email reply. Not recommended.

All good during the purchasing process on the web but was surprised to see 'may take 10 days' on the payment confirmation. Unable to get through on the phone. Did however get an email reply confirming the 10 days then 'expedited delivery'. Packaging a bit amateur. Phone perfect - thanks.

We purchased a pristine phone for my daughters birthday. When it arrived, there were a few problems - the selfie camera is very poor quality picture, the top right of the screen touch doesn't work, when we ring her on the phone it goes through to voicemail on the first ring, but works OK on the 2nd ring. She has contacted you and the phone is going back for repair. However this costs us shipping and time - she's very disappointed. I would have preferred to do this rating after we get the phone back, but I keep getting emails asking me to rate it. I don't think the phone quality could be described as pristine.

Took 10 days to receive money in the bank after sending, reduced both phones values with little description of so called fault with one of them, had no idea had a fault. Would not used again.

My order took longer than advertised to arrive. I was not notified of the delay. I had to make contact several times to hear when my order would be delivered and twice I received an automated response. Only when I threatened to cancel and demand a refund was my order sent. The word Quick should be removed from your name as it is in breach of trade description. AND the charging lead sent with the phone doesn’t even work!
