Cannot stress highly enough my anger that this company is allowed to continue trading I did not receive the item I was ignored and blocked on their social media sites Bank refunded, please read reviews !

Absolutely appalling service. I ordered an iPhone 7 in February. No phone and no refund. They are not replying to emails after saying my refund will be processed in 14 days that was on 7th April 2020. £205 is a lot of money to me as I was buying this phone in good faith! Stay away from this company

Order ID292872. I ordered an iphone from QMF in early April the delivery time frame came and went. Nobody notified me of a delay, and when I emailed them, I got a pre written reply to say delivery would be the following week, and had the exact same email the week after. I realised at this point something was seriously wrong. I wrote an official letter to cancel the order, they have accepted this in writing, and offered refund within a time frame of almost 1 month?! This should be within 14 days not even 14 working days. I don't believe they will refund the money, from posts from other customers in my position so I'm going through the bank, so i don't to have anything to do with them

There isn’t a zero star option or else I would of selected that. I bought a phone from them on 12th February and when 16 days later it hadn’t arrived I cancelled the order and was told my refund would be carried out in 14 working days. I chased payment when this date passed to be told it will be refunded on April 21st (40 working days after my request) as their accounts department were carrying out due diligence. This date has now lapsed and still no refund. They have had my money for 90 days. When they refused to respond to my emails I tried contacting through twitter outlining my concerns and they blocked me. In my opinion I don’t believe they have the phones in the first place I think they set about trying to source one when they get your money. I wish I’d done my research on this company before pressing buy, I have since bought one from music magpie and had excellent service and a phone in 24 hours. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Order ID282135 -Authentic Review - dispute raised. I paid £349.99 and was sent a faulty phone by QMF which I sent back after 5 days requesting an exchange or a refund. They claimed it had been accidentally damaged and tried to charge me another £299.99 to repair it! Still waiting for my refund 6 weeks later and have had to initiate a charge back with my bank under the Consumer Credit Laws. Have reported them to Trading Stsndards like the thousands of other unhappy customers they have ripped off. Do your research - avoid this company at all costs is my advice.

ID292628. horrendous experience! Asked for a refund 7times! They don’t have a telephone contact number! Had no reply on email/twitter or Facebook! They are fraudsters and keep hold of your money without sending you a phone! Please everyone stay well clear and don’t be a victim like me!!

Failed to deliver order 292533. Cancelled order but failed to refund. After over 40 emails to their customer service eventually got refund after doing money claim on line which threatens them with small claim court. Avoid them at all costs please

Items don’t turn up and you have to fight for months to get a refund. Finally got my money back by conducting a chargeback process via the bank!!! Avoid at all costs!!

Hadn't received order after 3 weeks. Asked for a refund - still waiting over a month later. Have started legal proceedings as they refuse to communicate. If you complain via social media they simply block you. DO NOT USE THEM!

Appalling , my review has been removed from trust pilot , have raised a dispute with my bank after week of being ignored and then blocked when the phone did not turn up !

Sent a phone out 4 weeks after paying in full , the phone needs to be on loudspeaker for me to hear , they have said I caused the damage and will not refund me I have taken it to small claims and will not let it rest , the reviews online are shocking

Had to process a charge back through my bank after weeks of excuses no contact number automated responses bank thank goodness reimbursed my account Read the reviews !!!

Please ensure you never trust this company with your hard earned cash. I am the victim of fraud. £247 taken 15th March for a phone that does not exist. Latest is I have to wait until 18th May for a refund, which I am sure won’t arrive. Never place your trust in this company.

Outrageous that they have been getting away with this for years and now blaming the pandemic , lucky I read reviews and advice online and contacted my banks fraud department who refunded me immediately , by law you can apply for a charge back from your bank 14 days after cancellation hope this helps, I will not be letting this matter rest !

ID 278211 Paid for phone 17th January, delivered 30th January, returned faulty 2nd February, refund to be credited within 14 days from 22nd February. NO REFUND AS PROMISED BY 21ST APRIL ( 2 MONTHS WAIT) NOW SAYING A FURTHER 5 DAYS WAIT. What do I do???? I find it difficult to understand how any business can behave in this manner.

Arrived faulty, returned to be fixed, another fault within a few weeks, returned to be fixed. They've had my phone six weeks, received emails at the beginning, but they've stopped communicating. Requested refund, heard nothing, no surprise! Looks like I'll need to go through Resolver or a small claims court to get my refund! ****AVOID****
