Awful customer service. Awful communication. Sold two phones one good, one faulty and they only paid faulty price for both.

From the outset QMF looked great but after placing my order it wasn't despatched for nearly a week. When it arrived the order was wrong which may have been partly my fault but the return process takes way too long and the comms from them are not helpful at all. I was waiting for this to complete before I made the correct purchase (just in case it didn't happen) but I'm going to buy elsewhere - I don't feel i can trust QMF - sorry

Emailed company as ordered iPhone 4s as I wanted to know if carplay was all ready loaded on phone or was it an app to download.Had a reply that it was an app.to download. Received phone in good working order with thanks.lovely phone but Carplay app not available for the 4s for iPhone 5 only ..really disappointed as know having to look and she'll.out for iPhone 5.

When it everything is well, they are great. But as soon as something goes wrong, they are nowhere to be seen. I ordered two phones and it did not arrive for 2 weeks. Every time I would try and call, I would be on hold for 20 minutes, followed by an unhelpful and rude customer service representative. Eventually, I got fed up and asked them to cancel, to which I was informed that one of my items had already arrived - by which point I was abroad and had no need for the phone.

I was disappointed with the overall service as I placed an order for my son particular colour of phone which appeared to be in stock however 5 calendar days after I got an email to say unfortunately the phone was not in stock when I could have bought this from another vendor in that time. Other problem I had was although I was told delivery would be the next day I did not get an emailed delivery slot as advertised I waited the whole day and only when I decided to cancel my order did I get indication that it had been sent. Overall service poor. It may have been the one occasion that everything went wrong however I would never know.

Took far too long for phone. Called them on the 15th day after recieveing emails first 2-4 days priority didn't come, then 1-2 days didn't come. Then called for them on the 15th day of waiting to say 2-4 days again 10 days after first contact. Then they said sorry no white phone but have a black one can send today. Very dissapointing.

My original order was not fulfilled and I had a delay in hearing back from Quick Mobile Fix. I was then notified that they didnt have my phone in stock and suggested that I have to get a different colour than what I wanted. I was ok with this until I actually received the phone. The phone itself had parts missing and ear wax built up in the speaker on the phone. the condition of the phone was poor at best and filthy. In fairness my order is currently being revised and the customers services team seem to getting things moving, however this shouldn't have happened from the start. Its a shame really as I have bought a phone from Quick Mobile Fix before and the service and phone were faultless.

Wouldn't recommend for repairs, after I sent my phone for repair, the management dint even send me email or notification that it's been received or not,iv sent my phone to fix screen on it's been 6days I still dint received my phone, tried customer services, never received my call. Sent a message regarding what's happening with my phone still not yet replied. I really don't know what should I do next.

My new phone kept bringing up error messages and was playing up. Calls to your support didn't fix this and I have had to return it. I now have no phone until a replacement arrives - that has now been over a week. I think when it is your error you should have sent a replacement phone on next day delivery.

Whilst I am hopeful the product will be good when it comes, it was ordered two weeks ago and despite two phone calls and two further emails, both generating generic replies, I have yet to receive the phone! Will not be using again or recommending... Quick Mobile Fix? Absolutely not!

I used the Recycling service. Standard of 'Good Quality' phone was not made clear. Customer Service side of things not the best that I have dealt with. I wasn't contacted when told I would be, I had to chase up a couple of times. Would not deal with Quick Mobile Fix again.

I’m sure you can track my case and it speaks for its self no need for me to go into it again.however when I eventually got my phone and done a battery check the app I used tells me the battery needs replacing thanks for nothing .I should have bought one in DUBLIN for €60/70 more than your price because I would have gotten it faster and could have checked the battery life.Your phone will cost me €40 euro to replace battery.
