Very disappointing lead time/ supply turnaround for this day and age. Part of my phone order did not arrive having waited almost 10 days for the phone. Ok it’s pointed out it’s in their t&c’s. But why take the funds than? Very limited contact availability, yet my funds were taken at point of order, which irritates me, surely they should not cash funds if they are not in a position to despatch what was sold as a stock order. Part of the order that did not arrive as there was no indication that the goods were not going to arrive. After I chased I was advised they were out of stock and would forward me goods when they were in stock.with no indication when that would be. No advance apology no advance warning no advance offer of refund or alternative. And several weeks on I’m still not aware when the rest of my order will arrive. The shoddy customer service overshadows the good phone we received. But nothing excuses bad customer service or bad manners in this age of technology. The whole process is impersonal inefficient for the consumer and suggests the second hand goods are not available to resell at the point of sale with the consumer. And I fully expected such an expensive item SHOULD have been signed for, not put through my door in a Jiffy bag.

I recently bought an iPhone 6 took nearly a week to arrive and when it did. It was faulty. Ordered another and that also was faulty. Never again.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Requested a refund before item was dispatched because delivery was taking too long, item then dispatched the next day according to their tracker system. No item ever delivered. They won’t refund until they have heard back from amazon. Everytime I email they have no update, funny thing is I bought from quick mobile fix NOT amazon. This was nearly a month ago. DO NOT buy from this company you will be disappointed.

Although the phone was perfect and as described ,the turnaround on purchase to delivered is far to long.If it had arrived sooner it would have got a very good review.

We have had several refurbished iPads and iPhones over several years for our 5 grandchildren. Just got an iPhone for our youngest and as usual, excellent service, great product and speedy delivery. Thanks to the team.

I bought a mobile from here. They should not be allowed to call themselves Quick mobile fix. They don’t tell you until after you’ve placed your order that it’ll be 10 days before they even send the order out!! Do not use if you need a phone sorting quickly

Small problem with soft ware on the first iPhone I got. No problems when I got in touch returned phone and replacement was sent out very quickly very please with phone and service

I paid for the phone and never received it. Amazon said they delivered it and they did not! And quick mobile fix are awful at replying to emails and their is no contact number for them. I’ve had this issue going for a long time and it’s still not been resolved.

Firstly I would say your customer service is appalling, the delivery time wasn’t quoted until I’d already gone through the checkout process, the then already long lead time for something that was supposed to be in stock was then far exceeded. After a couple of weeks, my patience had been exceeded and I sent an email demanding an immediate refund, this email was ignored and the next day I received an email saying the phone had been dispatched. So it seems in order to get your order, you need to get to the point of cancellation, which is then ignored and dispatch is then expedited. This in itself is wrong, however, when I received the phone it was in very good condition with only a couple of marks on it and with a polish and a new glass screen protector it looks good as new with a battery showing 89% capacity. Everything works, so all in all very good value, it was just the phone without accessories but since I already had the accessories, it makes economical sense not to buy a bundle of stuff you already have. Very happy with the phone but was very disappointed with the delivery time and customer service when I requested updates.

Extremely bad customer service!! Not had my phone even though it’s stated delivered- they was waiting for courier update after few weeks still had delivery or refund my sons birthday is Xmas eve and daughters Xmas will be ruined because of this company. I’m waiting on another department to deal with this but not getting anywhere this company is a farce!!!

Name of site would suggest certain efficiency not my experience. The phone I got originally was faulty which happens my issue is I sent back with label they emailed me took 14 day window to get replacement which felt this too long and extremely inconvenient as you would expect without my phone.
