Ordered the phone and accessories pack. The package arrived in circa 5 in line with what was estimated. When I opened the pack there was no charging cable. These things happens, no problem with that. Sent a query to them to advise of the issue and got a response in 24 hours which was a great turn around. 2 weeks now since I raised the issue and no charging cable as yet 😢 There have been no issues with the phone to be fair

Sent 2 phones for trade in at an agreed price. Once they received them they reduced the price offered even though I had told them that one of the phones was broken. Then took about 2 weeks to pay in my money. I chased them about that and the answer received was rubbish. DO NOT USE THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE.

It took nearly 3 weeks to get my money bestlyba week after sending it before they acknowledged receipt. Kept blaming Royal Mail and then said it was being done and then it was not done

Issues with the phone. Battery doesn’t last 24hrs on stby, the screen won’t turn off when you hold it to your ear. The home button is lose and the fingerprint scanner doesn’t work. This is not a phone in good condition which I paid for.

Misidentified phone and asserted that screen was damaged when it had been safely packaged. Tried to follow up by email.but to no avail, so eventually accepted lower offer just to end the process.

Sent my device by recorded delivery. Got there next day. However, receipt was not acknowledged for approximately 1 full week. It then took another week before my device was tested and passed. Payment also took longer than expected.

When iPhone arrived the top quarter of the screen didn't respond to touch and SIM card slot very difficult to open and close. Sent phone back for repair. It was returned today. Still cannot easily open SIM card slot and part of screen still not responding to touch. Disappointing. Will be on the phone once again about this.

Took too long. Was two weeks before payment. Had to chase progress up 3 times. One of the phones was underpriced. Sent to another recycler for same price.

Well I ordered an IPhone 6S Plus on the 27th March and after over a week I called you up to ask where my order was i was told that it would be dispatched either on 7th or 9th March but i received no confirmation that it was. A few days after I followed up with an email and again they told me it would be dispatched in 1-2 working days. Still it has not been dispatched, and im trying to follow up so I can get this phone because Iv been waiting for nearly 3 weeks now. Theres a lack of communication and I just want to know what is going on and when my phone is going to come.

I bought a IPhone in pristine condition. The phone arrived as promised. However I had technical issues with the phone as soon as I powered it up. I send the phone back for repair in its original packaging with all the additional items I bought the phone with. Battery charger, head phones, SIM card removing tool etc. After the repair, I received only the phone. Nothing else!! not even the IPhone box!! This indicates two things = You don't understand what customer service is and you don't have any control over your employees OR you know and you just don't care. I had bad feelings when I was making the purchase and I was right. It makes me fell even more angry because it is my fault. I should have never used a company of your kind. Very disappointed and will tell as many people as I can. Do you care? I don't think so! David Hodik

I placed and paid for my order on the 23rd March and still have not received my hand set after being told initially that it would be prioritised for delivery on day seven. I have given two extensions already. If I do not receive on this occasion I will be cancelling my order. Eeventhough they respond to my query I need my handset. Responding is not enough for me.

The wrong colour phone was sent. Customer service was good but before I could send the phone back the screen cracked (my fault) so could not return. Now stuck with a purple phone (not black)

The screen was repaired as requested. However the iPad was returned faulty. I tried to sort this by e mail etc but was getting ad hoc replies back that did not solve the problem. I therefore took it to a local company who repaired it for £60.00. They said they replaced the battery and something to to with an ‘icee’,I’m not sure if that’s the right word. They said the damage was probably done whilst the screen was being repaired. The iPad worked perfectly with the cracked screen but in return, the battery would not charge and the unit continually re started after about 60seconds. Whilst you made a good job of the screen, I am now a further £60.00 worse off. I have the receipt as proof. Thanks.
