“This company appears to be a deliberate fraud. I really suspect the positive reviews. Their accounts on companies house are not audited. Ordered a phone. No phone delivered. No refund despite numerous emails. Phone calls don't work. If you are in this unfortunate situation, then get in touch with your bank / credit card company for a refund through a system called charge back, but this must be done within 120 days of purchase. It appears this company uses any excuse to avoid its responsibilities and will try to extend their protracted lack of action to beyond the 120 day limit.”

“Ordered and paid for telephone early January. After lots of chasing I was informed that ordered phone was not working correctly and they would source another. I was not prepared to wait any longer and requested a refund which they said would be processed within 14 days. Needless to say nothing received and eventually informed that taking a long time to refund and would not be before mid March. They kept stating understaffed and nobody to process refund. I contacted by bank fraud department and after sending them all information and copies of correspondence ( which I'm glad I kept) ,the bank refunded my money . It appears that this company cannot be trusted and would never give a straight answer to my very simple questions .”

“Avoid this company!Never received the phone which I bought for my nieces birthday,kept lying that I will receive it soon(...),never received a refund.I had to arrange this through my bank.👎👎👎👎👎”

“Please never, ever use this company. I bought an iPhone 8 on quickmobilefix.com as I needed a new phone. Expected delivery was 7-10 working days. The company went significantly over this time, citing staff shortages due to the pandemic as an excuse. By the 5th of January 2021, my old phone had broken and the one I ordered still hadn't arrived. I therefore bought a new phone from a different source and cancelled my order through quickmobilefix.com. They told me that the refund would be in my account within 3-5 working days. When this deadline was not meant they explained that due to staff shortages they were experiencing some delays, but that the money would definitely be in my account by the 25th of February. I still haven't received this refund and am pretty certain now that I have been scammed.”

“I ordered the phone on the 19th January 2021 and guess what it still hasn't came i've emailed them 3 times!!!!! and keep coming up with a silly excuse and blaming Covid-19 UNACCEPTABLE. I have one last request dear listener DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!”

“Second time purchasing a phone from them. Even their ‘good’ condition phones are near enough immaculate. Very trustworthy and such lovely team members. I only buy phones from here now and get a sim only contract. It works out so much cheaper and their phones are amazing. No software damage at all! A faultless company!”

“I’m giving one star because there is no option for minus a hundred stars. Here are the facts -Ordered a phone in 7th Dec 2020 -Didn’t receive it during that month -Enquired about it and they said there was a delay -It’s January now still not received my phone -Mid Jan asked to cancel my order and get a refund -End of Jan still no money in my account. -I was told after enquiring over 10 times that I would receive my refund on the 18th of Feb -surprise surprise, still not received my money (nearly £900) and doubt I ever will Up to you to decide if that’s the service you want to receive. A fake company and a fraud. The worst service I have ever had plus out of £900 for no damn reason.”

“Thieves liars and scammers, how on earth they get away with the way they run there business is beyond me, how the credit card companies let them trade using there cards is also beyond me, all they do is advertise with fancy graphics and promises but have nothing to sell, all they do is take your money, I have read all reviews on here and trustpilot (wish I had done that before I ordered 🤬) and I’m glad I paid with a credit card as I have now been refunded, so if you are still thinking of taking a chance on these chancers you might aswell go throw your money in the bin, check what Martin Lewis mse has to say, and watchdog, eBay have even stopped them trading, plz plz plz !!!! don’t do it !!!. THEY ARE THIEVES”

“Shocking service!!! I got a phone start of December to then cancelled it as it was seriously delayed and was worried it wouldn’t come in time for Christmas. So went with another firm for a phone which I received in a couple of days. I have been chasing my refund for well over 2 months! They keep saying I’m in the 14 day refund window which is obviously a lie! Quick enough to take my money but 2 months and nothing back, absolute joke!”
