After being let down by another company, QMF were great. My first phone I ordered was back in 2017, and it arrived as described and quickly and I have always found there prices to be unbeatable - and they always have the best selection of products

The worst company I have ever come across. Advertised stock on their website then happily took my money and failed to deliver. Ignored repeated requests for information / updates. Ignored a recorded delivery letter. I had to get Citizens Advice Bureau and now Trading Standards are involved. Also - their chat window is non-existent and if you ring the obscure and hard to find phone number for them, you get a recorded message (which I wouldn't be surprised if they are scamming money from) telling to use the non-existent chat window! They ended up cancelling my order 2 months after taking it (with no explanation) and holding onto my money for a further 2 weeks after that (with no explanation) before finally issuing a refund. I actually considered phoning the police about this company at one point. When I enquired about compensation for my stress, wasted time, their failure to deliver their side of the contract, and for holding my money for so long, they simply refused. My advice is, under no circumstances go anywhere near them. As I say, I am an experienced business person and I have never come across any worse behaviour from a company than from this one.

Quick fix made me happy because they fixed my phone really well and it now has no cracks or scratches!

My phone took 4 weeks to arrive rather than a week and so it was not here for my daughter's birthday and I had to by another phone to make sure she had a present. Customer service was awful, taking ages to reply and no way of contacting them by phone. I asked for a refund 3 times and instead eventually received the phone. Having said that, the phone is in great condition and so I hope to be able to sell it on, but won't be using this site again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have used Quick Fix Mobile a few times and have usually been satisfied with their service. However this time, I am utterly annoyed. I ordered an iPhone on the 2nd of November, Quick Fix promptly took the money from my account and I received a confirmation email where they promised the phone would be dispatched within 7 working days. On the 8th working day I sent an email to Quick Fix asking what was happening as I had not received an email about the dispatched. I received an email back informing me the phone was in quality control and would be at most another 4 working days. I was a bit annoyed however I allowed Quick Fix the 4 working days they promised. We are now 6 working days later and I sent another email asking where my phone was I received an EXACT COPY AND PASTE of the email they sent me 6 days ago! I am beyond annoyed. Absolutely disgusting. This company does not care about their customers! Do not promise to dispatch something within a certain time if you cannot keep it. I will be contacting watchdog and I encourage other people to do the same. THIS COMPANY MUST BE STOPPED!

Terrible experience. Ordered Ipad 2 weeks before my daughters birthday, after 7 days had passed (promised delivery date) I received generic emails saying I must wait 4 working days we are testing the item. That went on for 1 month. I asked to cancel at this point. 8 weeks since ordering and I havent had my refund of almost £400 back or even a response to my emails asking when the money will be paid back. AVOID THIS COMPANY. NO CONTACT NUMBER AND FALSE PROMISES

What a rubbish company. Can’t deliver as promised, don’t make contact and then want you to wait 14 days for a refund. Useless, avoid if you can..

Pls improve your communication by letting us know when items will be ready, especially where there are long delays. Also we are unable to contact yourselves by phone. Otherwise the iPhones are great. Thanks.

Would not recommend this site if you wish to purchase a refurbished phone , as they take your money and hope you forget about the order. When you try to contact them about your order, you can’t speak to a human and no one responds on the chat service or on email. I had to contact my credit card company to request a refund, on doing this I received my phone two days later after waiting three weeks with no contact at all.

After ordering a phone for my daughter present it wasn’t until after paying that I notice it say can take 7days for delivery. Still waiting after 10 working days 2 full weeks still not had order now they are saying will be another 4 days and they ignored the part we’re I asked for a refund in stead music magpie do not take this long. They were responding fast on email until I asked were I leave a review they still have not replied either. Will never use these again and let’s hope I have the order by the weekend as promised it’s a joke. They clearly advertising phones they dnt even no if ready to sell Quality checks should be done before advertising the phone

The phone is good quality and I received it within the time promised. Unfortunately, the phone and lead arrived and the plug which I had paid for didn’t. There was no indication that this was out of stock at point of ordering or indeed when the package was received no acknowledgement that the his was missing. I have had to email to ask for it’s whereabouts to be advised it’s not in stock. I’ve asked for a refund.

Get exactly what’s on there website accurate description of product not a bad price only thing which could be better is receiving your product a bit quicker
