“I have purchased two iPhone XS from quick mobile fix. The first was the only time I have strayed from buying direct from Apple for a phone for my wife Described as good condition. It was brilliant and very well priced, so I recommended QMF to two friends who bought phones and bought a replacement handset (IPhone X) For my daughter and went for an ‘Excellent’ condition model. It has been a problem ever since Arriving. The screen would go black, then come back on and now will not come on at all. It has not been dropped, or been in water and has suffered no damage at all. I have tried contacting Quick Mobile Fix for assistance and a resolution but have not received a response. My daughter’s birthday is on 17th July so I am hoping it will be resolved by then. Come on QMF, please redeem yourself.”

“Paid £139-00 for a refurbished iPhone 6s the phone stopped working after seven months, I contracted customer services they were not interested, no offer to repair it or replace it, would not buy another phone from this company”

“I bought a phone the last 9th of may. The phone never arrived. After a month I asked for a refund of my money and it didn’t arrived neither. I don’t think that it’s good idea to buy something with them.”

“PLEASE, DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS! - I bought a phone then asked for a refund because of the long delay until delivery. My order was canceled but my refund was never made. I'm still waiting. It's been nearly 6 months! I'm thinking of calling the police. Do not buy from these guys, if something goes wrong, you might end up like me!”

“I needed a new phone during lockdown whilst shielding for medical reasons. They were advertising on their website that they were ‘keeping people connected during COVID-19’ so I trusted they had measured in place for delivery. Their website offers free delivery, but states it can take between 5-10 working days. I placed and order for a refurbished iPhone 7 on 25/04/2020 for £147.99. When the phone hadn’t arrived 10 working days later I contacted them. The sent copied and pasted responses say that due to the pandemic they had delays and my order would be dispatched ‘soon’. I waited a few more days and the phone didn’t arrive. I contacted them and asked for a fixed date for delivery which they couldn’t give. I asked to cancel my order and for a full refund. Their website states refunds will take up to 14 working days, but never arrived. They now say it will be processed in July - 3 months after the order. Seriously bad service and I’d personally advise anyone thinking of using them to reconsider. I feel like I’ve been scammed and robbed at a time my family are suffering financially during lockdown.”

“No phone no refund 😢 I am similar to other posts, order the phone paid, told would have to wait due to staffing issues. I had plenty of time as I was getting the phone for my wife’s birthday in twenty days, asked for an update near the time told there would a further delay. So I cancelled the phone. Told it would be 14 working days which has now passed. I did get email response but they where not helpful just giving stock answers. I did get another phone from elsewhere and it was delivered the following day. Very disappointing, They have said that they have processed my money but it will take 5 days for the bank to process it. I prefer the phone on 30 March still waiting for my money back😡”

“Ordered a pristine condition refurbished phone which was faulty. Sent it back and they are now not honouring the 14 day money back GUARANTEE. We are expected to wait until the end of July until we get our refund and they are still advertising this guarantee. Reporting to trading standards”
