Ive had trouble from day 1 with QMF. Finally thought I'd got to the bottom of it then they send me a phone which is locked when I ordered an unlocked one. Still waiting for it to be unlocked.

I ordered my phone roughly three weeks ago and it still hasn’t even been shipped yet. This is despite an email after 13 days ensuring me my phone would be shipped in 3-5 days time. It has now been 6 days since I received that email and still my phone has not been shipped. Great prices, reasonable product, terrible service.

Had an email after a week of sending my device in saying they are out of the stock for the parts that I ordered. Very poor As should never run out of items that you know you need

We did email you advising you we require more parts in to complete the repairs and gave you the option if you are happy to wait or if you wish to cancel. It took 2 weeks to be dispatched I’m not sure if they are stolen from London shipped to Africa and brought back to the uk but it took too long.

I still have to send back the phone I bought from you that doesn’t work .... Clearly didn’t get checked before it left ..... Page 1 .....? No one answered the calls and I think I have pay to return the film ......

I cannot understand why, in this day and age, they require up to 10 days to complete an order......despite which, because of cock ups, they can, and have in my case, taken much longer than that!1

Didn't have the phone i ordered in stock. Took them over a week to tell me. Had another colour phone and it was very poor quality. Would not buy from them again.

Wasn’t told that I would be waiting over a month and until I contacted them witch took a lot of calls witch no one answered and a few emails it turned up 3 weeks after my step daughters birthday not impressed this time Got to say they were better when I bought a phone last year hope they get better again soon

Sent my phone for recycling. My order was placed on Sep 12, I was finally paid on 2 Nov – seven weeks after sending them my phone. I'm genuinely surprised at all of the positive reviews for this company, as my experience was so bad. Let me elaborate: * There's little to be gained from trying to call this company to get a status update on your order. I tried plenty of times to get through in the seven week period, and only succeeded twice. The first time, a week after placing my order and hearing nothing, I got through to a pleasant lady who told me I'd be paid in a couple of weeks. However, what she said ultimately turned out to not be true. The second time I managed to get through was after about six weeks, to a different lady. After taking my order ID, she hung up on me. * At least they do respond to emails. However, a correspondence chain involving over 25 emails yielded little information. Typically the responses are not very helpful with fob-off responses like "We'll be in touch as soon as soon as we know more". They didn't. I was relieved to actually get paid at the end of all of this. I genuinely thought I'd been scammed.

Waited 2 week longer then stated for delivery and item said may have slight scratchers but when it arrived it had big chips out the corners and back

The word quick is not appropriate. When placing order I stated the mobile Make and Model for a replacement battery. You should state before accepting order you do not have stock. Took a week to return.

Have had the phone for a couple of weeks and need to send it back for repair. The battery doesn’t hold charge for as long as it should and the sound jack is faulty, only producing sound when held in a particular place. Extremely disappointing, more so because I ordered the A Grade version to try and avoid this. Will now have to post it back and wait 5-7 days until it is repaired.

Received phone twelve working days after ordering,texting jams and Bluetooth doesn’t work.cant send it back as I would be without a phone for dear knows how long.

Purchased Grade A iphone 6 bundle. Price reasonable at £200. Took full 10 days before the phone was dispatched. This in itself was frustrating as I couldnt get an update when the phone would be sent. Telephone contact is impossible as no one picks their phone up. I began to question if this company were scammers and the deal not genuine. However, when the phone arrived it looked in mint condition. My confidence was restored; momentarily! It very quickly became apparent that the home button did not work and also the phone would not receive calls / ring when receiving calls. We didnt check all the other functionality but these were quite basic aspects that the phone was not fit for purpose on, despite it being "Grade A and in perfect working order" We sent the phone back in the post and waited for a response. Its been 10 days now and I am still waiting to know what action is being taken. I dont know if and when I will get a refund or a working replacement. I do get responses to my emails along the lines of someone will contact you, but that communication hasn't materialised yet. Don't even bother trying to ring Quick Mobile Fix - no one answers the phone, in my experience. I think the products are keenly priced but I have lost faith in the quality of their testing. I purchased a Grade A phone that yes certainly looked Grade A but if it doesnt work properly what is the use! However my biggest disappointment with this company has been the poor communication and length of time taken to respond to queries. This is in reference to after the order was placed and also now the after sales customer support. I have been without a working phone for weeks now because my money was tied up with this purchase and the time it takes Quick Mobile Fix to do anything. There is nothing 'quick' about their operations from my limited experience. I would like to be able to update this review with a happy ending maybe in a few days. Let's see. ID191445

Took 10 days to arrive Purchased a grade A iPhone 7 and the battery power was poor and the screen colour was poor Had to send it back and had to chase them for a refund which took over a week Phone lines are always busy and took ages to get through

Boughtfirst iPhone6 which took nearly 3 weeks to arrive but does at least work ok. Bought a second iPhone 6 (PRISTINE CONDITION) , but it failed to accept a SIM card - no phone and no messages. Returned to phone two weeks ago and have heard nothing. The phones are supposed to be fully tested before dispatch?? When will I eventually get my phone or my money returned???
