“Bought two refurbished phones pre Christmas only to be advised after order that they would take 7 working days to dispatch...... obviously being sourced or refurbished to order and not sitting as available stock as depicted on the website. They subsequently agreed to cancel the order and refund the card within 14 days, but here I am escalating this a month later - with no refund or communication from this company. I could never recommend you use this company - do so at your peril..... just look at the other reviews on avoiding refunds and replacements!”

“I bought an iphone for my daughter for Christmas. I returned it due to a problem with the camera. They received it on the 28th December and after many e-mails, 32 days later and I am still awaiting the phone. I finally received an e-mail yesterday saying it would be despatched in the middle of next week. Extremely worrying and upsetting.”

“Offered me a refund for iphone headphones that didnt work. Didn't refund me and have ignored my emails for over 5 months. Online chat doesn't work and they don't offer phone contact (surprise, surprise). So any positive reviews don't seem to cover any problems with orders. Unlikely to use them again (as I have many times before). PS: evrey phone I have bought only lasts just over 12 months (even the so called 'pristine' refurbs sold). Beware.”

“Terrible. Avoid this company like the plague, unreliable, unprofessional, evasive, will sell you phones they don't have, send out incomplete items, don't reply to emails, don't keep promises on refunds for missing/undelivered items, just awful. Ordered two iPhone bundles (phone, charger, headphones) at end of November, as Christmas presents. Still not delivered mid-December, so emailed to ask where they were. No reply. Emailed again. No reply. Eventually one iPhone arrived, minus the headphones, but still no second one. Then had an email, over a week after my 1st one, apologising for not replying sooner but promising to "investigate" missing headphones and iPhone. This went on. Eventually a few days before Christmas, admitted they didn't have stock of the second iPhone but offering me a different colour one instead - pink for a 14 year old boy! Said no and asked for refund of second iPhone bundle and headphones, had to find alternative stockist a few days before Christmas. Refund was promised "within 14 days". Mid-January came and went and no refund. Same story as before with emails being ignored, until a week or so after the refund was due and said they'd send me the refund by end of Jan. Concluded they were clearly playing for time and that I'd be getting the same runaround at the end of January as well so I got refund by going direct to my credit card company instead and making a section 75 claim. Avoid.”
