The iPhone was dead on arrival, would not charge. 3 months later still waiting to get my card refunded. Something about Covid means they can not send my money back for another month, not the way to do business. Have used twice before without any issue but you only judge a company on how good they are when there is a issue. Rubbish.

I got a refurbished phone and at first it was fine a little buggy but i didn't mind, within two months the phone now completely drains the battery whenever it connects to the internet. Completely useless

The whole process of buying a mobile phone from Quick mobile fix has been terrible. Paid £279.99 for an allegedly excellent condition iPhone 8, only for it to arrive faulty and not work (neither could connect to network and faulty on/off switch). I therefore notified QMF and requested a refund as was concerned re. having two faults with so much money paid. I kept receiving what appeared to be copy and paste emails about my phone being repaired and I kept replying that it was my right and choice to have a full refund. 11 weeks (!!!) after ordering the phone and paying the money, they still did not refund me. Kept having conflicting and repeated emails about the phone repair being complex and needing senior technicians, will take 5 more days etc. I continued to email and request my money explaining I would be contacting trading standards etc. Still they either do not respond or send an email a week or two later again talking about fixing the fault. In the end I contacted my bank (Halifax) who were amazing. I paid with my bank card and they said that the company were clearly in breach of their contract/customer service policy. My bank refunded me my money straight away and said that they would then retract the money from QMF. I've since spoken with others who have also had similar terrible experiences. Don't buy from them!!

Stay away from this company. Purchased an iPhone, supposedly in pristine condition, has to return it twice, once because the battery was completely flat and secondly because the face recognition did not work. Having provided confirmation of return, they claim to have not received it and only offer a replacement, which I do not want, not do I need to accept.

Still waiting on a refund since May. They can take money, but cannot refund. They have staff problems, banking problems and then changed refund policy, according to them. The latest promise for refund was 10th of August its come and gone and no refund, banking problems!!!! Next step, small claims court.

Order ID 308319. Will be writing a review everyday until I get my refund. Ordered the phone 30/07/20. It still had not arrived by 08/08/20. I emailed to query and got a snotty reply so cancelled it. 19/08/20 still no refund. They state 14 days for a refund. I went to giffgaff bought paid for and received phone within 24 hours. Go to giffgaff avoid this company like the plague. Now told me middle of September. Con merchants

Absolutely atrocious. Takes up to 10 days to deliver your phone (COVID is no excuse because all the other sellers do next day or 1-2 day delivery). Also, when the phone was received, the screen was a shoddy aftermarket screen with missing pixels, deadbspots, fuzzy lines and color inaccuracies. Pain in the ass to even try to get a refund, so don't even bother. Would not recommend. Look at all their negative reviews on Trust Pilot for reference.

What can I say but please do yourself a favour and do not use this company. I really do not understand why they are still trading. Their customer support is below zero, their communication is even lower than below zero. Please do not use this company!!!
