“If I could give no stars I would !! They take your money and fail to send the phone you have ordered !! Asked for a refund which was agreed to but you sit ! Wait ! Wait and wait !! They will stop replying to your e mails and have no intention of giving you back your money !! Time for some home truths on social media so people stop using this so called company !! Keep well clear !!!!!”

“Your service is the worst I have ever come across. Ordered a iPhone X on the 27th October. Received on 14th November (later than the 7 day delivery conformation) and the phone was faulty. Returned on the 15th November (you received it on the 19th November). Today is the 6th December and the issue has still not been resolved. We have asked for a full refund as we have lost all faith and trust in your service.”

“They received my phone for repair early/mid-November. Despite them stating on their website that they repair and send devices back within 24-48 hours upon receiving, I'm still waiting over 3 weeks later. I'm constantly having to chase them up for updates and all I get back are lies about when it's expected to be completed. First it was "It'll be repaired asap", then "24-48 hours", then "48-72 hours", then "1-2 weeks". And a week later, it's still "1-2 weeks". They say it's because of a Black Friday rush, but there are the lies again, because they received my phone well before any Black Friday sales. And if there is a rush, then they really need to hire some temporary staff. I know the repair I need doesn't take long, so how can a phone they received 3 weeks ago still be in a queue to repair? How big was the queue before my phone arrived with them?! And what's really weird to me, is that they keep asking me every time I email them if I would like them to just return my device without repairing it and receive a refund....but why on Earth would they be turning down business like that?! Surely they want my money and would do anything to keep me as a customer? Business 101, no? It's just so suspicious. Especially seeing as they don't actually seem to refund their customers according to other reviews. So really, just don't bother with this company. They clearly don't care about their customers whatsoever. Broken promises and a website full of lies. It'll save you so much stress and money to go with someone else.”

“Appalling response time for queries. Reported a faulty item after 24 days of receipt (camera microphone broken) - 3 months after initial report of faulty phone I FINALLY received the 'repaired item' - but it's still broken! They are now refusing to respond to my emails demanding a refund for not providing the product & service I paid for.”

“Terrible service. Still waiting for my money back and now contacting citizens advice and my bank is requesting the money back. Disgusting service been waiting since the 8th November for my money. I have emailed and used live chat to no avail. They refuse to respond!!! They owe me over £600 and shouldn't be allowed to trade.”

“I would rate it 4,5. Excellent quality of phones. I have already ordered 3 iPhones from them and they worked perfectly. Last time I ordered an iPhone in “good” condition and it came without any scratches. Really amazed with that. There is some room for improvement in terms of customer service. Sometimes it takes longer than expected for the items to be delivered”

“Had 3 phones off yourselves over last year or so for myself and my kids last time took longer to deliver but was fine as kept updated always been happy with the phones and pleasantly surprised with quality I ordered it through my friend as I don’t have a credit or debit card.”
