I left a review on Monday complaining about QMF delivery timeframe. I was corrected in saying that I was still on day 5 and that the item would be dispatched soon. I was impressed with their quick reply and decided to change my review to a positive one, once the product had been received. I was emailed yesterday saying the item had been dispatched with a tracking number for APC courier service. The tracking system says 'delivered at 12:24pm today' yet I have not received anything. I have called the local APC office to view the supposed signature when accepting the item at delivery and they have not picked up for hours!! I need this sorted ASAP because I have parted with money and received no phone!!

I sold my old phone to Quick mobile Fix because they offer a bit more than others. I've got the money they promised but I had to wait more than a week to receive it even though they say in the website that they do the transfer within 24 hours of receiving the phone. I had to call them several times to ask for the status of my order. They received the phone on the 2nd and I got paid on the 9th. It's not a big issue but I thought I should be honest wit my review.

It took nearly a week to tell me that they didn't have the phone I ordered, which they said were in stock when I placed my order. I rang them to tell them I was going away and that the phone was for the person I was going to visit. Which delayed my travel.

We were able to send you to the device on the 5th day (30.01.8) however we were waiting for your confirmation. Sounds is too low and chafing doesn’t work, after waiting an extra 10 days for it to be delivered

The product (iPhone 6S) was reported as being in stock, but then after 5 days we were notified that the phone could now take another 5-10 days. The item took a further 9 days to arrive. Communication was okay and the item was just as described.

Although delivery was delayed I was kept in the loop which I appreciated. Phone however has a faulty touchscreen and battery life allows use of only a few hours, I’d like to send back for a replacement however I cannot wait over a week again without a phone.

Didn't test my repair. Took over 10 working days to re do the repair. Mediocre communication.

Awful company! Avoid! Ordered twice from them and let down both times. 11 day wait for first phone to be delivered then thought I would give them a second chance. Second time didn’t even receive. They make up as they go along. Terrible customer service. Spend your money on a company that appreciates there customers. Never again!
