after years of using quickquid and never missing a payment i was suddenly refused a loan for no reason other than i was required to send a bank statement??? i refuse to do so as i have been a customer for years and never missed paying you back. for this reason i will no longer be a customer of yours which i have told your team already who didnt care and just said computer says no? what a good way to loose your customers, or maybe you just make so much money that you simply dont care? i will be telling everyone i know how you treated me hopefully they will leave you too. disgrace....

The comapny states it is a quick and painless application, well after 6 hours of waiting,plus 46 minutes on the phone with an advisor, I was still none the wiser to whether I had been accepted or not. Stress we can all do without considering the amount we have to pay back !! Would not use this company nor recommend it to anyone.

I need to know what the balance, payments and term would be if I made a large part payment. Unfortunately QuickQuid are not capable of doing this which I find incredible when they can do it for taking out of extra cash or for new customers. I'm absolutely disgusted that QuickQuid are using the system as a feeble excuse to not provide this information. Until now I have been happy with my flex account with QuickQuid but now I will soon make a full payment and I will consider closing the facility.

Tonight was a nightmare. Took me several hours to pay off my balance because the service was most terrible. I was passed around from one department to another and then back again. Your staff couldn't answer simple questions like "How much will it cost me to pay off my balance tonight?" The staff made me feel humiliated and stupid when surely it is there job to know the answer as to much I owe Quick Quid at any one time. I must have made over 7 calls tonight due to being cut off or fobbed off! And I was kept on hold on several occasions for an unacceptable amount of time. Disgraceful. Half of the people I talked to were so quiet I had to ask them to turn up their volume control, some sounded like they had just woke up, and one even sounded like she was having sex at the same time as answering the phone! And, finally, this is the first time I have felt proper scammed by this loan company. I will not recommend your services again in the future,

You pray on the weak.. like the rest of the pay day companies. I had several loans with different companies, this should not be allowed.. some people have no means of paying these things.. I hope and pray that I am never unfortunate enough again to have to use this or any other service!

Your company changes the loan rate outwith the original contract then charges extortionate rates which under financial agreement is a breach of contract. I will never use your company again and will be using social media websites to warn everyone else about your company. Thank you for ripping me off

Well answering queries would be good as just charged £12 as 6 hours late cause my card wasn't updated even though I emailed a week ago about this subject

Am absolulety stuck now as applied for extra funds, received email confirming funding date was amended to 28th July when last loan payment would be taken from account, and details and date of new payments. When deposit date passed and no funds deposited it was only upon contacting you did I find out I wasn't getting the loan and am expected to pay the £240 (which was originally spread out over 3 months) by the end of next month in one lump sum, no extension options now available. Am furious as this has really screwed things up for me this month and next and put me in a very difficult position.

Disgusting. Took out a flexi loan, been trying to pay it off finally agreed a payment i can do which was 4x around 300 pound payments. now found out im scheduled for 9 payments of petty amounts paying off 95 quid off the debt a time and being charged 7pound interest a day so 210 a month so basically if i pay 300 quid off im acutally only paying 90. Do not use this company. It will get on top of you and rinse you. actually dont use any type of these companies its not worth the hassle and routine you can fall into and trying to get out of them is extremely hard. also being contacted by a manger within 48 days to try and sort it out - thats 14 pounds interest im being charged - laughable.

Not happy at all with the information given. I definately feel that the monies that I paid off have not been reflected in my account and may make a formal complaint.

absolute joke of a company never had a problem before and used a few times then email me asking for bank details and payslips and bank statements no i do not think so not on!!!!

brittnie was being patronising and seemed like she was being snide ! didnt feel like i was getting the help i needed and she wasnt giving the answers i wanted . im usually happy with the chat live thing but she was terrible

idiot people send me letter most days and emails everyday but wont give me a loan waste of time i just spent about a hour trying to do it then it come up saying n. make sure u never send me another letter through my door or another email ill send um back with complaint letters

i was not atall impressed with your company . I couldn't receive a 30 day extension despite never receiving one , even tho it states it on your website I could have one, I wasn't given a reason as to why im not eligible but by the time I find out I cant have one its already to late . my daughter has been hospitalised so my money isn't all there I just wanted an extension of a week or 2 at most but no ...rejected and left me sick with worry over 125 loan repayments .I think your rules/guidelines and homepage terms and are harmfull because you are unclear about them.i will pay 4 payments for the next 4 months now instead of paying it off in 2 weeks so for that thank you because im still unclear if I can meet the requirements and will be seeking advise elsewhere e.g bbc/watchdogs page .

I don't understand why you have changed your requirements to a 10 payment loan. There was nothing wrong with the previous arrangement so i am guessing it is something to do with the law. I am very appreciative of the service you have provided for me in the past but I will no longer be using quick quid as it has become to complicated, thanks
