“takes so long for the customer service person to answer each question they ask you. when a couple of mintues if the website was working properly has taken me nearly 20 mins. i think they answering so many people all at one time. bad customer services”

“All I did was log into my account to receive a message stating that my loan request had been declined. Fair enough that you don't want to lend me money, however, you have left a footprint on my credit score when all I did was log in, not even put in an application. Appalling!!!”

“I wanted a settlement figure to clear my account on Friday 29th August. I was advised that I owed £234.26 on 29/08. I advised I had an extra payment set up for £150 to automatically come out on Friday, so could I pay the extra £84.26 today to clear my account on Friday. I was told yes and payment was taken. I was then told that on Friday I would actually have to pay the £150 plus £148.80 to clear the account in full on Friday. The origianal figures given were incorrect and if I had been given the correct information I would not have paid extra as it did not help my cause any. All the adviser would say is they where sorry for the confusion. That doesn't help me. Once my account is paid off, I am not sure I will use you again as I feel that all you want to do it get more money off people who are already stuggling!!!!”

“After using quick quid for a while now im very dissapointed to hear my last 5 transactions have not applied with promo codes entered via check out, customer service is not all that great either with the amount of help you receive there is not help available on chat if you apply for loans via the mobile application or mobile internet which is quite disappointing too, overall I don't recommend to family or friends!”

“On-line chat was perfect Pamela was direct and to the point. My only draw back is you have to login to see your account then to chat then they ask again that is really annoying but I guess Necessary”
