“Did not realise how understanding the company was with my situation. I was not going to contact them as I felt that they would demand the impossible, NOT THE CASE, very very helpful would encourage anyone who is have difficulty with their payments to contact them as soon as possible and not leave it to the last minute”

“I am currently experiencing severe financial difficulties and contacted QQ this morning to try and discuss a repayment plan. After receiving sympathy and "what can I do for you today to help" from the QQ rep, I explained our situation fully. After being told they would do whatever they can, the conversation ended with me being told I would need to contact the collections dept on my due date - after the payment has been taken out!! This completely defeats the object of trying to enter into a repayment plan that is suitable for us both. Very disheartened and disappointed with this "help". Am now at a loss what to do. I already explained the payment wouldn't go out as the funds quite simply won't be there and I will enter into default after already trying to discuss a suitable plan.”
