“Your system does not accept my debit card for one reason or another. I suspect it's because you do not allow me to select my exact address after inputting my postcode. You only ask for the postcode. this is stupid as I live in a block of flats and any number of the addresses that match could be the address. on another note charging me £19.68 for 3 days of processing time is ridiculous. this is clearly because you have an inefficient payment processing system. why should I as your customer who has been paying you interest rate for an extended period of time be penalised with it. if you want to retain customers please make yourselves efficient. i hope to never to business with you again.”

“Actually really annoyed that I asked to only make a payment of £50 of my loan (paying early) yet the girl took the full amount out of my account. Now I am worrying encase the refund doesn't go into my account before tomorrow morning for my rent coming out. A suggestion she had was to either get a refund or take out another loan... not very happy at all.”

“Today i chatted with Alexandra, who went extra mile to provide a best customer service. i was quoted a lower amount to pay before midnight and a higher amount just a few seconds later after midnight. But Alexandra was very kind and offered a one off lower payment for me. I think she is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. I am a one happy customer. Thank you.. :-)”

“Maria, who helped me on the chat 24/7 was fantastic! I hope, in some way you can reward her. Her 'no job too big' mentality is exactly what you want when you have a query. However, I wouldn't have had to use this service if your app and website worked correctly. If I hadn't checked my account I would have been hit with unfair fines.”
