“The greenhouse I purchased still remains in the box since given as a Christmas gift, so I can’t yet comment on the product. But, what I can say is that the greenhouse was shipped as planned, and arrived on time, and very well packaged. I would like to thank Quictent for an honest, and smooth transaction. I will be sure to further comment after the greenhouse has been constructed.”

“I bought it 10 expecting the base to be 11 by 11 as advertised. We have a cement pad that is 10 x 10, so we needed something bigger than our pad. The top of the tent was 11 by 11 but the base was 10 x 10 there for didn't do us any good. We ended up ordering from another company to get what we actually needed now we're stuck with a gazebo we don't need or want that's okay”

“I have ordered several time from Quictent and always received amazing service from Cecily. The orders have have always come quick and the response to my emails has been within 24 hours. I would recommend this company for any tenting needs. There customer service is timely, courteous, consistent follow through and caring. Again every time I’ve reach out Cecily good back to me right away and assisted me in getting what I needed in a quick time frame even with everything going on in the world. Super grateful to Cecily and the whole Quictent family.”

“Quictent has a great line of quick green houses that have saved out bacon over the past year or two. When the wind destroyed one of our green houses, Quictent came to the rescue by allowing me to purchase just the cover and not the metal structure. AND they did it in record time.”

“During a heavy wind storm four of my poles were heavily damaged. I located an email address on the Quictent website in hopes of purchasing replacement poles. I knew that the warranty would not cover it due to the bad wind storm. Mandy quickly replied and advised me that though warranty would not replace the poles, since only four new ones were needed they would be sent free of charge. The customer service of this company is top notch!! The package was on it's way within days and not long after had everything replaced and as good as new. I appreciate Mandy's superior customer service and communication during this process. Great company!!.”

“We finally set up our 12 by 7 by 7 hoop greenhouse on Christmas day since it was a lovely 75 degrees.......It took us about 2 hours together to put the pieces all together....We love it...For now it will be a nice place to sit in the sun on cold winter days...We are planning on purchasing a larger one in the spring for our garden area”

“My 10x20 is more than meeting my needs and expectations. Was hoping to get at least a month of continuous shelter for some expensive equipment. It has been 5 months and other than some self inflicted damage, which your customer service department promptly took care of. I have had zero issues. Not sure where you found Mandy, but l would latch on tight to her. She even replied to an email on a Sunday. Kudos to all. Jim Wallace”

“I had a very old cover and they were Crete to get me only the cover I need it for less money. That was very nice and amazing that it was possible to get the cover in exchange. The service was excellent and the problem-solving was also excellent. So far it was the best service I’ve ever had without asking any questions just taking the results for good. Thank you very much and all the best for your company’s future.”
