“This tent is easy to put up and take down. Is sturdy if you keep cognizant of weather conditions. No tent can weather storms without wind issues. Love the window options—gives you a nice cross breeze. We are veteran flea marketers and would recommended this tent!”

“Was not pleased with your product. The cover stitching pulled apart in 2 places and rain puddled on edges and made a pool of water. Would not drain. Not very pleased at all.”

“Tent is very easy and quick to put up myself. I really like it and it is sturdy. Has held up to some wind very well. I had an issue with the canopy but Jasmine in customer service was amazing! She worked hard to get the replacements I needed and kept in contact with me to let me know how the process was going. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company again!”

“Bought this to put on my deck and to cover patio furniture. I ordered pink and I love the color. It was easy to set up and so far seems pretty waterproof. Only issue I had was that the Velcro straps that fasten to the frame seem to be ripping away from the canvas. There are rips in the fabric at every Velcro piece. I contacted the company and still have yet to hear back. Pretty decent for the price, but customer service seems to be nonexistent. I’d be weary about that in case you get a bum tent or need a replacement part. You might never get an answer.”

“I ordered a tent and the wrong size was delivered, so I contacted customer service who said they would send me shipping labels to return the tent. I could not get a refund until the tent was returned and I needed the tent for an upcoming event and ordered the correct size again. They sent me two different shipping labels for the return, neither of which were correct when I took them to the shipper (USPS the first time, Fedex the second time). I tried to call customer service, sent emails, and received no response to the calls, and delayed response to the emails. I finally had to pay for the shipping myself, which amounted to over $400 for three boxes in excess of 150 pounds. I did this because they stipulated that the returns needed to occur within 20 days or I would not get a refund. I have been trying to get reimbursed for the shipping ever since. It seems as if their customer service is based overseas because you get email responses in the middle of the night. The only reason the get a 1 out of 5 is that the second tent has worked, once they sent the missing parts. Their customer service is not good.”

“I highly recommend quictent because their tents are high quality, I had one for two years now and it is still stable and still has high quality to this day. And also if I ever need a part of the tent they will quickly respond to it and will help as fast as they can.”

“I have two Quictents, one I use as a traditional greenhouse and the other as a chicken run. I covered the frame in chicken wire and added a simple door and it is perfect for my free range chickens when I need to corral them. For the money they are unbeatable. Of course the instructions could be clearer and there is the inevitable cursing when you realize you have not put it together correctly but it can be done! The green house has survived through thunder storms and golf ball sized hail. I put up both solo but an extra set of hands is a plus, take your time with the instructions and don’t tighten screws until the end as you need them to go through multiple sections on the top and sides. 4 short screws go on the bottom rail either end of the frame…… Don’t over tighten or you will flatten the metal. It comes in one box with rudimentary tools which work but a socket set makes it go faster. It is pretty light weight but as long as you use it as intended it works.”
